23.01.2022 Occasionally we just fit in these places to help a customer out.
23.01.2022 KTM 500 2stroke electric start. BRC 500 engine. My journey with this bike has been a long one, but well worth it. A doner KTM 250 exc then slide in a 500 2stroke electric start and a balance Shaft to curb the vibration. Going to be more updates as we progress with jetting upgrades and suspension tweeking after Andy at ATR suspension modified for us, which is very close to spot on straight away.
22.01.2022 Sometimes you just don't get away with it, this bike found its way into a puddle of water that went over the motor and unfortunately the piston didn't like and grabbed the ring and engine lost all compression and was not able to restart at all. Solution replace the piston. Also the battery discharged itself in the water and no longer will hold a state of charge, will have to be replaced as well. Think twice before submerging your bike it won't like it.
21.01.2022 When your bike has been sitting for a period, be aware there could be all sorts of insects (spiders wasp's) that can come out and scare the crap out of you while riding. Bit of surface spray every now and then will stop this from happening.
21.01.2022 Customer had lost oil filler cap, found it under the tank next to radiator cap. Lesson learnt never put anything on bike when working on them.
20.01.2022 This is the inside of a Yamaha R1 just to get to a starter motor. This bike would not turn over, starter brushes were worn out.
20.01.2022 This is a swing arm out of a ttr 250 chain has worn thru and into the bearing. Another reason to inspect areas not normally looked at.
19.01.2022 A bit of love for this Kawasaki today, been sitting for a while so needed to be serviced with a new battery. (Make sure you keep riding, don't let it sit) All ready for a ride this weekend, im sure will be a good one.

16.01.2022 Got this little gem going again just in time for a Sunday ride. Carby jets have been drilled out making it run very rich and not able to ride. New jets, mod the fuel pump and all is good.
13.01.2022 Kawasaki 650 running well now just needed a few minor issues sorted. The owner did a fantastic job restoring, now he can ride this weekend.
