25.01.2022 Eversley Tce, Yeronga Recess mitre box panelling + VJ detail Had alot of fun doing the internal works on one of our previous projects.... Photos do not do this justice to the amount of work, attention to detail, set out and precision that goes into creating these feature walls. In simple terms, a blank sheet of mdf is used as a background and then strips of on-site custom cut mitre panelling are fixed in place to create the look of recessed mitre boxes, which are spaced out evenly. The VJ panelling are all neatly mitred in all corners throughout the house including walkway openings and wall returns etc. No unsightly plastic mouldings or raw end edges. 16.01.2022 Internal renovation project, Mt. Cotton. We are back at a repeat clients home. This is home to a large family of 11. (2 adults, 9 children + 2 dogs)... Previously we strategically re-configured some living space to this original 4 bedroom home and added an extra 3 bedrooms, including new built in wardrobes to meet the needs of this growing family. Stage 2 works include: Removing 250 m2 flooring (tile and carpet) Lay new commercial grade vinyl planking. All new doors throughout, simple yet effective splayed architraves and skirting boards, and new lock hardware which really modernised and refreshed this family home. All this completed whilst the family were away on a two week cruise.
