18.01.2022 It can be hard to get the music warmed up now it's starting to cool down, but running through some excercises, scales, paradiddles or even movement of the wrists before turning everything on 10 is helpful in getting the bloodflow and dexterity moving along. Save a wrist! Warm-up first!
