11.01.2022 These very old water line tiles were in a reasonable condition but certainly needed updating without breaking the budget and replacing them altogether. A thorough preparation was needed with a good sanding to roughen up the surface prior to applying Dulux PRECISION Maximum Strength Adhesive Primer. Followed by two coats of APCO Poolkote Chlorinated Rubber paint. From the 70s to the 2020s in just three coats of paint. 06.01.2022 This HUGE property was a bit of a challenge, being such a large area and having to complete it in a couple of different sections but the end result has turned out absolutely stunning. @larissag81 and @lukeg_77 have chosen a @britishpaints colour in Twisted Rope for the primary colour throughout and @duluxaus colour, Sage Green for the wet areas including the bathrooms, laundry and powder room. 03.01.2022 Very happy with the way this pool has turned out using APCO Poolkote Chlorinated Rubber in Pool Blue. Quite a bit of preparation in this one as it was riddled with calcium spots. White calcium (or scale) can form because pool owners often have difficulty keeping their pH in balance particularly when their pool is new. High pH is a major reason for calcium formation and growth. If you are unsure about the correct way to keep your pool maintained, @premium_pools_and_gardens can get you on the right path.
