19.01.2022 Now something for those who can't be with us in person this weekend.... All runs must be uploaded by NOON this Sunday.

19.01.2022 When registering for the 10k Handicap event, you will be asked to nominate the time you will complete the run. Please be honest with your estimated 10k time - you may be disqualified from winning the 'Handicap' event if this differs significantly from the time you are capable of running 10k on the day. This weekend is our 10k handicap race. My favourite as everyone has a chance at winning it! You will be given a start time based on your estimated 10k time (be honest!). You can check your Start Time online (1 hour after you have registered for the 10k event). 5k runners, you start at 6am. Remember to register by 7pm this Saturday night. No registration, no start!

If you have not received this important information, then please check your 'junk' folder or if you are a recent 'new member', please go to our website and download all the relevant documents.

16.01.2022 How would it be if you could order and pay for your Club merchandise online and collect on event days? Why not give it a try in our 'new' Online Shop. Some of the images need updating, so any budding 'Supermodels' out there are welcome to apply!

12.01.2022 NEW MEMBER REGISTRATIONS & RENEWALS ARE NOW OPEN ! New Members who join from now on will be eligible to register for the next event AND the remaining 2020 events PLUS all 2021 events. Adult Membership Fees for 2021 remain the same as the previous 2 years @ $ 50.00 for Renewals and New Members until December 31, but will increase to $ 60.00 from January 1, 2021.

10.01.2022 This weekend is our 10 Mile Robin Flower Memorial Championship run. We have an added bonus of a 5k or 10k for those wanting something a little shorter. Follow the link to get in early; remember we are still operating under a Covid safe plan which means our numbers are capped.

09.01.2022 The Robin Flower Memorial trophy will provide some battles on Sunday watch the M50-54 A-Cat! The name of the 2020 winners (M & F) will be engraved on the shield after Sunday. Last year’s winners were Aidan Hobbs & Olivia Lennon (photo below) I wonder who the winners will be this year.......
