19.01.2022 Hi everyone, it has been hot for the past couple of months. Thanks for the rain that helped to cool things a little. I have aptenia cordefolia cuttings (ground cover succulents) to give away for FREE. No need to make any purchases. This succulent is great if you are looking to cover a large area as they strive even with neglect. They produce a beautiful pink flower and can easily be removed if you have excess. Please feel free to tag a friend who might need some for their g...ardens. Pick up zillmere. Pick up by appointments only.

13.01.2022 Lithops/ living stones are part of the succulents family. Usually found in dry, arid desert like areas. They are most of the easiest succulents to look after and thrives on neglect. The ones pictured here are part of my lithops collection. Feel free to comment if need some advice regarding growing lithops. Note: First picture was taken approximately 10 months ago. There are not much changes to the sizes of lithops as they are slow growing plants.

03.01.2022 This has happened over the past three months. Some mealy bugs have attached itself onto my cactus and started sucking the life out of it. So used an old toothbrush and soapy water to scrub it off before the cactus dies. I have managed to take most of it off so this little one will be monitored for the next few months for recovery. Please make sure don’t let these bugs suck the life out of your succulents. A couple of ways to get rid of them: soapy water, vinegar diluted in water, and apparently oil also works. Does anyone have any other methods?

02.01.2022 I have added some more lithops and cactuses into my collection. You can not find any plants as low maintenance as these ones. Can’t wait for them to flower to take more pictures of its beauty. Enjoy your isolation period doing the things that you love.
