13.01.2022 Who’s getting dressed up and wearing high heels tomorrow for Melbourne Cup?? High heels often help us feel more dressed up and that bit more glam!! Even though they place more strain on our calf muscles and may give us corns, blisters and pain in the balls of our feet there are a few tips that we can think about when wearing heels !!... Only buy heels that fit properly around your heel, don’t cause your toes to slide forward on the shoe and try to minimise the time that you are wearing the heels Shoes with a wider toebox can give us more comfort whilst still looking good and picking a heel that is wider will help move some of your weight towards the back of your feet!!
