02.01.2022 Also In conjunction with this years Brisbane International Jazz Festival, everything takes time takes everything by Brisbane-based artist Eugene Carchesio is being projected onto the William Jolly Bridge. Carchesios artwork plays with geometric patterns and figurative symbolism, attempting to create an ontological space emptied of the clutter of everyday life, in which imagery from the subconscious can emerge. His considered placement of interlocking shapes alludes to the ...science of mathematics and highlights his interest in the purity of shapes and geometry.
