18.01.2022 BBPF TWELVE DAYS OF CHRISTMAS What is it?! 12 different online workouts posted in a private Facebook group each day over the holiday season (minus the days of celebration) for you to do whenever you’d like, whenever you’d like!!! Stretch & Mobility, Core, Strength, HIIT, lots of variety- each day will be a surprise! But remember, you can change days around because this whole thing is yours!... What’s involved? You will be added to a private Facebook group full of likeminded people who want to move their body, workout from home/gym, have busy schedules over the holiday season so need flexibility and/or will miss our sessions together over the break Sessions will vary in length but all will be recorded in real time- therefore it will be like having a PT/workout parter w/ you every step Who can do it and what do I need? Anybody! Local, from the city, a client of mine, not a client of mine, anybody can join! You have the choice of including weights in sessions or can do it body weight! I’ll give progressions & regressions to exercises which will cater for any fitness level! How much? Just $50. Christmas is about giving & can be an expensive time for some so for everything listed it’ll just be approx. $4 a session (total to be paid before access to group) When do we start? You’ll be added to the group as soon as you sign up! Then, you’ll find out when the first workout will be posted/the timeline of when they will be. The page is for you to post aswell- lots of motivation from each other! The holiday season is all about enjoyment, giving & spending time w/ those closest to you Let’s do that absolutely! But also take some time for ourselves too

I hope you’re all doing so fantastically under the current world’s circumstances UPDATE June 8th (if all goes well) gym is back up & running & so will our gym sessions together! Until then I am offering in person sessions again following Government guidelines! ... If you are in any way unwell or unable to have sessions in person I am still offering my usual online group classes, programs & online sessions. Hoping to organise bootcamps again too! 12.01.2022 BB 6 WEEK CHALLENGE Since things took a turn & we had to shut for a little while, one thing I’ve noticed in my clients is a new appreciation towards what was taken & those around us. I always say that every Challenge I do I try to make it different w/ new ideas but this one especially I’m really excited for. My wish always but w/ an emphasis on this Challenge is to create an experience that’s different to just exercise. Throughout these 6 weeks we will challenge our body ...& mind, strengthen our weaknesses, be surrounded by likeminded people and really dive deep into a gratitude/appreciation for ourselves All while losing body fat, building muscle, increasing our fitness, educating ourselves around health & fitness & fall in love w/ moving our bodies. I always love to keep majority of what’s included a surprise butttt included is: 1:1 Complimentary Consultation (chance to get to know one another, ask questions, complete paperwork, set goals & feel 100% comfortable before beginning this journey together) x2 45 minute Group Sessions a week Welcome bag (full of surprises) New motivational incentive for the colder days (excited for this) Private Facebook Group for motivation, communication, support, recipes, complimentary workouts & so so much more! Beginning date will be the week of August 3rd w/ a finish of September week of the 7th. Sessions will take place at Guns n Buns Fitness Warehouse, Kadina (in our own private area). If you don’t have weights or bands available, try playing around w/ tempo, paused, 1 & 1/2 reps, etc. If you give it a go would love to hear about it x3 sets performed per exercise... Resistance band crab walks, side to side 45s work, 15s rest 8 tempo goblet squats (3s down, 3s up ) 20 high rep bw sumo squats x3 each leg Bulgarian split squats 8 stiff leg deadlifts 30 glute bridges (count from burn) superset w/ 30 abductions Core to finish: 10 leg raises, 20 flutter kicks, 30 ab bikes See more

10.01.2022 Cheers to us We did it! We got through a year that was so unpredictable. I believe we’ve come out of it stronger in our own personal ways. A year of growth! At first this year make me quite nervous but looking back I’ve really enjoyed adapting. I’ve loved thinking outside of the box, moving to online & seeing all of your smiling faces when we were able to come back to face-to-face sessions. I’m endlessly thankful to each & every one of you who have supported me & my busines...s this year! We’ve created a little family & I’m so proud. I could speak for days on how proud I am of my clients but they’ve heard it all a million times. Lastly I just want to say that I understand this can be a sensitive time of the year for feeling lots of emotion w/ taking time off of training, eating foods, or whatever it may be. I’m here to tell you (& strongly at that) that is it OKAY. You absolutely do not need to work off any foods that you’ve been eating. The gym & I will always be here but life is all about living, especially at this time of the year. You’re surrounded by those closest to you & the food is all made w/ the deepest of loves. Enjoy it! I hope you’re all eating beautiful foods, drinking lots of drinks & are being super kind to yourself! There’s no new year, new me it’s a new year, same you. You don’t need changing Life is about living. Stop taking it so seriously. 09.01.2022 For me, throughout my fitness journey the scales have always risen. Although they have (it’s taken some time) but I’ve eliminated the negative mental thought around watching them climb. Instead, I’m focusing on all the things I can do now, how I’m looking & how my body & mind are feeling Majority of my new clients will come to me w/ a scale related goal, mostly, to lose weight. This term can be used so loosely & can have a lot of mental strain behind it. It’s an old school ...way of thinking. One of the most rewarding things I take from my job is watching my clients learn for themselves that they can achieve so much & can have absolutely no relation to the scales! If you’re needing to know your weight to be in a particular weight category for your sports competition, or if you can stand on the scales & know that it’s not your worth then go for it, but if not then there really is no reason to know what you weigh- it’s literally your relationship w/ gravity & the ground. The ways that I like to measure is my how you feel, how your clothes fit, progress photos & body measurements I think I’m so big on this because it’s taken me some time too! I could honestly speak for aggges about this but I was looking back through some old photos last night & did a little comparison. Super proud of myself and wanted to share them & my story Life’s a gift, don’t take it so seriously & give yourself some love

08.01.2022 Super, super heart breaking but it’s been advised that as of midnight tonight gyms will be closing on a two week lockdown. Thankful that there’s strong precautions being put in place to keep us all safe but know how unfortunate this is to small businesses. Please practice safe hygiene & do the right thing even more than we have been so we can hit it straight on the head. Sessions will be put on hold until further notice. As soon as I know, you will too. Sending lots of love & virtual hugs x

07.01.2022 Look at how absolutely incredible my beautiful client Mel is!!! I can’t even put into words how much I’ve watched Mel grow & how excited I am so see how her future is for her. She’s lost body fat & built strength which is amazing on it’s own, but she’s also gained self confidence to a whole new level, gym confidence to be able to perform exercises correctly on her own and without the worry that sometimes the gym can bring & fell in love with every process a healthy, balanced... lifestyle brings No quick fixes, no shortcuts- just a determined girl (& one proud coach) doing it for herself, gaining positivity mentally & physically

05.01.2022 This right here is Guns n Buns Fitness Warehouse but it’s also so much more. It’s a place people come to move their physical self, strengthen their mental health & surround themselves w/ good people. This place is also more to me too- it’s the place that allowed me opportunity when other’s didn’t & helped me become the Coach that I am today. COVID-19 knocked many businesses, including my own and G&B but as of midnight tonight it re-opens! I know how much hard work & sacrifice... has gone on behind the scenes to keep this gym strong & I just wanted to give a post of appreciation and shout out. Looking for more than just a gym? Looking for support, encouragement, to workout along side good people, owned by legends & to take a positive step for yourself? I couldn’t recommend this gym more.
