Home builder will be managed by state governments who will offer $25K cash grants for new home builds and renovations ... 23.01.2022 Due to the introduction of Stage 4 restrictions in Melbourne and Stage 3 restrictions in regional Victoria, the Commissioner of State Revenue has used his discr...etion to extend the construction commencement requirement for the HomeBuilder grant for a further three months. This means that all applicants in Victoria will now have 6 months from the signing of the eligible Homebuilder contract to start construction. A Massive shout out to all the business owners out there trying their best to stay afloat & support their staff with so much at risk. Owning a business is hard. 2020 is another level, but we are all in this together.... Sharing from another Victorias Secret declared bankruptcy. Zara closed 1,200 stores. Chanel, Hermes and Rolex have stopped production. Nike is getting ready for stage two of layoffs. AirBnb founder says that due to the pandemic, 12 years of effort were destroyed in 6 weeks. Starbucks announced the permanent closure of 400 stores. And the list continues... Five months since the pandemic started and it has created huge debts, many of our friends and family are out of work and unemployed with tens of thousands of businesses now out of service. If the company you work for continues, no pay reduction or layoffs then treat it well and have respect for what the owner(s) must be going through to keep it going. 2020 is about survival, leave the daily complaints/moans and anything else minor behind, be thankful and show respect for what you have. We are a domestic building business who recently relocated to Echuca/Moama from South East Melbourne. Aaron is the builder & Louise runs the show pretty much to sum it up. Aaron a qualified carpenter by trade has a passion for building & his workmanship shows this. He started his business 11 years ago at the ripe young age of 19 after becoming qualified in Carpentry, shortl...y after Aaron became a Registered unlimited Domestic Builder and started really pursuing his building business. He has completed numerous projects from New homes to major renovations & extensions. We moved to Moama as we simply love it up here, and decided a few years ago we would start making the transition to move not only us, but the business. We have some new homes just about ready to start this year and a major renovation/extension. We can do any building work from custom homes, renos, extensions, project management and much more, we also offer ready to go floor plans with luxury inclusions. We have recently done some work for Campaspe Shire Council rebuilding the Echuca South Cricket Nets, this was something different but with our experience we can take on anything. We are using local trades and suppliers on all our work, and have started and are looking forward to continue building long term relationships with not only our trades and suppliers but all of our clients.
