25.01.2022 Beautiful evening rides. Daizi is coming along nicely in her work both on the flat and over small jumps. Still lots to learn but she’s doing well.

22.01.2022 Beautiful morning for lessons at BSH. Loving the progress of Amber and her young Galloway Chris. They are doing the hard yards and today we saw some really lovely moments. Great work Jo, Emma and Mikayla, all working hard. Finally weaned our last foal, a super colt by Myscal Encore out of Rivington Lily. Charlee put some ground work into him today and he’s settled well into stable life eating and drinking everything in sight. A little work reminding him he’s 10hh not 18 and he will be right to go out with the others.

21.01.2022 A hot one at pony club today for Charlee and George. Such an easy going, enjoyable boy these days. A great flat lesson followed by showjumping and cross country and yes he jumped (we have photo evidence) George sees little to no point in jumping so today was a big deal.

19.01.2022 Such a special, kind fellow. First little ride today for Charlee and Barney. Taking it slow as he lost lots of condition on the big trip and has been living a lovely semi retired life for a few years. Can’t fault his beautiful nature & willingness to please. He’s a big step up for Charlee so slow and steady it will be.

18.01.2022 Perfect weather for a ride at the Nowa Nowa Reserve. Great chance to give the ponies some new scenery to look at. Emma and Lolli worked beautifully on the flat then had lots of fun on the cross country. Charlee had a ball on both George and Bug, who was having his first outing. He was perfectly behaved for a baby. ... Debbie and Dolly worked well and Amber and Chris are showing such great improvement each week and handled their first cross country perfectly. Rounding out the group was Jo and Chester and Lisa and Ernie and of course Eddie who as always keeps us on our toes.

17.01.2022 Well after a heart breaking time losing her all rounder pony Charlee was all smiles today welcoming Barney to the family. After a very big trip he arrived safely thanks to Matt Gobel for taking great care of him and keeping us posted every step. Barney has big shoes to fill but his resume fits the bill so we are excited to see what comes of it all. Huge thanks to his family for agreeing to part with him after so many years.

14.01.2022 Lovely warm day at Orbost Spring Show. So great to be out competing again. Thank you Shari Ryan-Woerz and co for organising a great day out for us all. George and Charlee 1st smartest on parade and champ pony. Thank you Pocket Pet Transport and the McLeod Partnership for the great prizes. ... Rivington Sunday Secret made his show ring debut with us winning his 3 year old gelding and reserve young stock, winning the led hunter pony and the registered led pony class. He was excellent to show and enjoyed a ride around afterwards.

14.01.2022 Beautiful weather for lessons Loved working with Jo, Emma, Amber and Mikayla. Some really great progress made. Charlee got some beautiful soft work from MP Duchess Royal and finished the day with a quick sit on her new boy. ... Cantik Park Footprints also had a great ride

14.01.2022 Beautiful weather gave us the chance to work all the saddle ponies and catch the yearlings for some lead training and a paddock change. Some brilliant work in the one on one lessons with Emma and Lolli really taking their work to the next level. No photos of Amber today but her hard work is paying off on her young horse. Some terrific progression for Jo with her balance and starting to ask more of her horse.

10.01.2022 What a day, beautiful weather meant lots of successful lessons and lots of ponies worked. Love working with each of my students, all at different levels with individual goals. Keeley is doing a beautiful job on our newcomer hunter, Rivington Sunday Secret, who had his first ride out in a group. ... Deb is enjoying her gorgeous new Galloway, MT Miss Dior. Charlee finished her day with a really productive lesson with Kelly Van Den Berg fine tuning her dressage tests for an upcoming comp.

04.01.2022 The end of a beautiful partnership for Charlee and Leanda Hello Darling as she heads back home. What these two have taught each other is priceless. They are a perfect match and adore one another. She’s given Charlee a love of jumping and has challenged her in so many ways making her a better more effective rider. Never an easy pony, but always very safe. Always jet black and gleaming, always giving us dirty feed me now looks & the boss of the property. They were really onl...y starting to achieve some big things and Charlee had some pretty big plans but sometimes things just don’t work out how you hope they will. Lots of tears, lots of carrots and one last round of jumping.
