When they get it, it makes all the hard work worthwhile: @thesecondfeed_ BROOKLYN BOY BAGELS - One of my first posts and I don't think I did their bagels justice so I'm doing it again.... 9.5/10 Brooklyn Boy taught me how the texture of bagels are different from other 'breads'. You think chewy means dense but you would be wrong. The outside has a bit of a chewy bite (but not chewy like sourdough) and the inside is a texture that's so perfect for your teeth to sink into. When they become a little harder or you've taken them out of the freezer just toast it and the inside texture feels no different from when you bought them. I just buy 12 for $36 and add my own toppings at home.

08.01.2022 Brooklyn Boy Bagels: The Baywatch Edition. This week, when a salty dog struggles in the surf, Brad and Tina throw him a Pushcart Pretzel to use as a safety device. He uses the pretzel to get to shallow water, then eats it to prevent himself from dying of hunger, upon which the salt makes him thirsty so he drinks water and stays hydrated, and then as the buttery pretzel flavour seeps through his pores, he's eaten by a shark.
