22.01.2022 Emotional healing is at the forefront of your evolution as you continue to move forward in your transformation process. Many of you are becoming more and more a...ware of the importance of honouring your feelings, particularly those that have not been addressed that are connected to core wounds that are seeking healing. The first thing that must be done in order to start that healing process is to create a safe space for yourself to do so. This means stepping in as your own loving parent, best friend, and wise guide. It means not only must you move into appropriate and healthy boundaries by surrounding yourself with safe people who support your health and wellness, but also that you must immediately stop your self abuse (verbal and otherwise), self judgment, and any choices that lead to further wounding. We urge you to create a healing space within yourself, for yourself a nest of nurturing, if you will, that will allow the healing to occur without the fear of being abused by another or by yourself. This means shutting off your negative self talk and replacing it with love, acceptance, and encouragement. It means committing to yourself to always give yourself the same loving care you give others. It means sitting with yourself in a whole new way which will allow the parts of you that have been yearning for your love and attention to have the courage to come forward and state their needs, and feel safe enough to not only heal but to integrate into wholeness within you. If you could imagine the safest, most wonderful, comfortable space for healing to occur, what would it look like? If you could imagine the safest guidance and love from yourself, what would that look like, both for today and for moving forward? 07.01.2022 New Moon Blessing~~ On September 9th a powerful portal opens as the new moon rests in the zodiac sign of Virgo on a "9-9-9" gateway in numerology. This is the o...ptimum time to kick-start a brand new phase and eliminate anything toxic that holds us back. In numerology, 9-9-18 translates to 9-9-9 as it is the ninth day of the ninth month and the 18th day of the 21st century can be translated to "9" .... 1+8=9. It is no coincidence that this powerful new moon in Virgo coincides with "9" energy, as it is cosmically placed at this exact time for a magnificent shift to occur - and we are the ones who can drive that energy so we move forward and take responsibility for where we are and who and what we are surrounded by. Our lives are full of opportunities to start over, however, every so often theres a powerful and potent energy in the air that gives us a turbo-charged boost and makes new beginnings far easier to accomplishand here it is, albeit with a few twists and turns along the way. This is a rare opportunity to clear the karmic energy we have accumulated over the past nine years. 9-9-9 energy is associated with the toxic types of relationships we attract or maintain - whether it be friendships, love interests, or work colleagues - so this is the time to wipe the slate clean and start over. Not only will we be ending a nine-year cycle that has felt particularly turbulent, we are about to embark on an important, transformational new phaseand if we have been involved in any toxicity, it is vital we are cleansed, free, and fully ready for this shift. The number nine carries the energy of every number that comes before it, as it is the last digit in the numerical sequence 0-9. Therefore, its an accumulation of beginnings, middles and endings, it encompasses everything and is also the final number, so its energy signifies conclusions, endings and closure - and also prepares us to burn bridges so we are ready for exciting new beginnings. It is essential that we end old outdated cycles before we begin fresh new ones, as when doors close, others immediately open up for us. When there is only one nine, it is a calling for the closure of an area of our liveshowever, when the nine is tripled the power and rhythm becomes amplified, therefore the energetic vibration is magnified and strengthened and the call to abruptly end a cycle is an urgent and final one. The determination of this 9-9-9 energy will be undeniable so if there are areas of our life that need focus we will not be able to ignore or deny the changes that need to be made for much longer. We will not get away with making excuses for the people in our lives that are troublesome or pretending all is well when it clearly isnt. This energy takes no hostages and is quite fierce and forceful, therefore, it is highly recommended that we align with it and be firm with our decisions and . 9-9-9 is a message that signifies the last warning we will be given to close karmic periods and the focus here is not just on romantic relationships, it is on any type of relationship or pattern that has been causing us some kind of emotional, mental or physical harm. The period leading up to 9-9-9 will likely have been turbulent as we shake off any negative thoughts, beliefs or habits that have caused us to enter into relationships that have not been serving us well. 9-9-9 is all about truth and clarity and to be true to ourselves and give ourselves the best chance of receiving happiness, peace and love, we need to ensure that the people we closely connect to are not going to continuously cause difficulties and destruction. We can, at any time, choose to walk away from anyone or anything that erodes our feeling of self-worth or regularly causes us pain or discord. This, however, does not mean we shouldnt take responsibility for our reactions to peoples behavior, or that we need to just coldly cut people from our lives or shut people out. It simply means learning how to rationalize and reason so that we can distinguish those people and things that are not good for us, so we can love certain people from a safe distance and put our own emotional, mental or physical health first. As this chapter of our life comes to a definite end, we can tune in to our intuition to be sure that whatever decisions we make resonate on a soul level. 9-9-9 is a rare angel so we need to pay attention and listen closely and we will hear gentle, repetitive whispers, feel subtle sensations, and notice signs, synchronicities and receive spiritual nudges. It may seem that the 9-9-9 energy is testing and challenging, however, it is actually an extremely kind, loving, compassionate, wise, exciting vibration and one that helps us understand and release the toxic entanglements we have felt bound to over these last nine years. We will be cutting ourselves free from the low-frequency entities that we have become attached to and burning through old paradigms, as well as setting alight a crumbling bridge or two in the process. This leaves a gateway for those who reflect the same passion and desire to exist free from chaos, harm, and destructionand for kindred souls who share a similar passion for co-existing harmoniously and lovingly on this planet to enter our lives. The collective cosmic placings on the evening of the new moon make it one off the strongest and transformational nights of the yearand truly it is the ultimate time to sit ourselves down and have a serious internal conversation and contemplate why we are not prioritising ourselves and making decisions that are going to get us living the exact life we want and deserve. It is going to take every bit of inner strength, courage, and determination we can muster to make the hard, but necessary, decision to move forwardand to put our happiness, spiritual and emotional health, and well-being first. After a long period, our time has arrived to say with conviction, Enough is finally enoughand to mean it. It is highly likely that our dreams, or possibly nightmares, may be more intense with the moon in Virgo, and its worth being aware that it could be during sleep that we experience the greatest amount of turmoil, so its worth paying attention to our dreams and attuning to what they are attempting to communicate to us. ~Alex Myles
