05.01.2022 & just like that it’s full steam ahead to Christmas! Brow Houses busiest week yet - I am working the next 10 days straight, which will bring us to the 23rd, being my last day of work for the year (returning on Jan 7th). I’m sooo excited to see you all! ... This is a longish post but please read! I am a one woman show, and the below points will help me out so much in making sure it’s a smooth running, super fun Christmas period! - Please arrive 5-10 mins early to your appointment & enjoy a Prosecco in reception whilst you wait. (Champas from Tuesday sorry to everyone booked in tomorrow ) - Try your hardest to come to your appointment with no brow/eye makeup on. - If you need to change your appointment (for example if you’re booked in for brows & lashes but only want brows done) please message me ASAP as that will free up time and I can fit someone else in. - If you need to CANCEL your appointment please do so ASAP!!!!! - The salon is located on Bridge Road, Richmond - traffic is crazy especially at this time of year. Please leave with extra time up your sleeve, if you are more than 5-10 minutes late your appointment may need to be cancelled as I run back to back with clients. It’s 2 hour parking down most of the side streets off Bridge Road.
