12.01.2022 Shower Leaks are not often a result of missing grout. Advertising of re grouting and sealing over tiles, serves mainly as a temporary band aid and may not work at all in some cases. Work done such as this photo shows, illustrates poor trade workmanship of which I see often. We were able to resolve the issue without demolishing the entire shower area on the first floor saving the Client $$$. A floor waste, be it plastic or steel should always sit within the riser and never modified like this. There were also other issues with the work of this wannabe Tiler. Waterproofing was done incorrectly. A further post will deal with this.
