02.01.2022 Feel like trying something a little different to the rustic ol roast leg of lamb? How about a slow cooked Lamb Shoulder? No need to carve as it will just melt when the knife glides through and because it cooks so long and low it has time to soak up all of those incredible flavours! ... This one was slow cooked for at least 8 hours and was drizzled with an Asian inspired sauce, garnished with some sautéed spring onion!
