17.01.2022 CANCELLATION/ NO SHOW POLICY In light of recent events over the past week, we would like to emphasise our Cancellation and No Show Policy. If you cannot come to your appointment, we do insist on ATLEAST 24 hours notice. This gives us, as a salon, time to call our clients on our cancellation list, who do want an appointment. ... If you do not give us 24 hours notice, or do not turn up to your appointment, you will incur a $50 cancellation fee, that will be enforced. We do hate to enforce these policies, but as a busy salon, we only have limited appointments available, and it does get frustrating for us, when clients do not turn up.
