16.01.2022 TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN I write this letter of recommendation for BRW & Associates Pty Ltd as waterproofing experts. We employed BRW & Associates Pty Ltd to carryout damp restoration work on our property in Newtown. Our property is a 4 story standalone terrace which has very high walls that suffered from rising damp, lateral damp and damp from the top. There was a lot of work to be carried out to rid the property of salt contamination and damp.... Paul Humphreys of BRW & Associates Pty Ltd performed to a high standard at all levels from the production of the quote to the completion of the project. They completed the project in a timely manner and on budget. Paul had a very talented and professional team. Their workmanship was excellent and all issues addressed in a timely manner. His team were courtesy and respected the premises at all times. The work was done with care and precision. In addition they were clean and tidy in the workplace. Paul and his team carried out the work in the first half of 2017. It has now been approximately 18 months since the work was completed and we have a very dry house, no mould and no recurring damp problems. I would highly recommend BRW & Associate Pty Ltd to anyone requiring a company who can effectively rid their property of damp at competitive rates and with as little anguish as possible.
