10.01.2022 Company History Bryce Electrical officially registered in January 1994 as a partnership by Stephen & Jane Bryce. For the next 10 years they had up to 4 employees and sub contractors. In 2004 they`re Commercial workload grew exponentially and so began their growth phase. In 2007 they peaked out at 20 employees, and subbies including Stephen as Managing Director, an Office Manager, Estimator, Project Manager, 10 Technicians and 6 Apprentices. They have succeeded in continually ...working with some Companies for a period of 14 years plus, have a Shop fit out portfolio of over 60 shops including 6 Harvey Norman stores. This is due to the fact that they do what they say they are going to do and guarantee all their work. They have developed a good reputation in the industry and work hard to protect it. In 2007 Stephen purchased a Franchise with laser Electrical. This was an excellent learning period as they had access to Laser`s Intellectual property and software systems. Unfortunately during the GFC in 2010, Stephen was forced to wind up due to economic challenges and a dark time in the industry where business`s were literally buying work to keep they`re workforce. It was just a matter of time before the inevitable attrition began. After 16 years of stimulating business experience it looked like it may have been the end for Stephen and his Electrical business. But his drive and love of the industry would persist and in 2011 Stephen returned to what he loved best, doing business as an Electrical Contractor. He now operates Bryce Electrics on a Keep It Simple Basis. All the good learning`s are in place and most of the major challenges that Stephen experienced earlier on have been ironed out. He maintains a small workforce and is hands on during all phases of the business.
