10.01.2022 Meet Wayne D’Souza, our National Accounts Manager Manufacturing, Industrial and Utilities. Wayne is based in our Truganina location and has been with us since 1988, starting out as a sales trainee. Today, Wayne plays a large part in supporting our sales teams, managing customer relationships, and identifying opportunities for innovation. He says the best part of his job is having the best of both worlds. Wayne says, I get to experience the corporate side of business ope...rations, while also being hands-on with customers’ solutions. I love the diversity of my segment, I go from steel mills to paper mills, to water utilities, and more!. In his spare time, Wayne enjoys holidaying with family, playing field hockey, and just socialising. We asked Wayne about his most interesting experience whilst on the job, and he said I think it’s the fact that I get really close to my customers and it gets to a point where I actually feel that they are relying on me.
