22.01.2022 Youth Theatre! Come and discover the fun and laughter - on stage every Sunday! #theatre #theater #batemansbay

22.01.2022 The kids really immersed themselves in the process by reading and analysing the script and then acting out scenes to get a feel for the characterisation, use of space and interactions between the players. A great success and lots of feedback for Jessica.

21.01.2022 Some of our favourite players in action at The Drowsy Chaperone rehearsals! Its a Toledo Surprise!

06.01.2022 Come along Monday night for a play exploration of Sheridan’s most popular play. A farce with lots of hilarious and larger than life characters, it will sure be an entertaining evening! 7pm at the Playhouse

04.01.2022 Reminder! Tomorrow Night! Join us for an entertaining night Monday 9th of November with supper and a cuppa provided at the Bay Playhouse. This play is set in Amsterdam as the city is emerging from occupation after World War 11. Thomas is a nine year old boy at this time and he starts to write a book full of all the interesting things he sees that other people seem to ignore: like tropical fish in the canal, a deluge of frogs and the Son of God popping in for a chat. He als...o states that his greatest determination when he grows up is to be happy. Featuring Jesus, the angels, the bumbiter, the witch next door, and a beautiful girl with a leather leg this is a magical story about learning to act in the face of fear and violence, finding strength and happiness and questioning beliefs. Unusual themes for a play designed to be enjoyed by all ages.
