23.01.2022 What a terrifically designed and presented space for a toddler! Mr 2 (and Nana!) had the most splendid date at Our Sensory Space (Caloundra, Sunshine Coast). T...rue to its name, this place is amazingly sensory. Designed to cater for all children including those on the spectrum and with sensory processing disorder, here you will experience designated sensory areas, play spaces and a dark room. There is so much to explore. Imaginative play, dress ups, soft gym/play, hangout areas, puzzles, creative and problem solving toys, wall climbing, chill out zones, colour play, light tables, tunnels, balance play, light, dark and luminous play... Numbers into the space are capped and so bookings are to be made online through their Facebook page ($13.50 for 90 minutes). The venue is closed on Fridays (for therapy) and Sundays (for parties- oh! And what a fabulous party space it is!!) Ill add this place to the web map soon!

We made them with a piece of card which we covered in double sided sticky tape & some string to tie on before going on ...a walk & collecting fallen flowers, petals & foliage to stick onto them...
