23.01.2022 Another reason why I love my job. How often are you able to be involved in a bit of history. Tonight we conducted an audit of the brand new Western United Football Club. Thanks to the team at Cundall for putting us on the job and Melcon on a brilliant install. Here we used Philips LED Optivision and the results speaks for themselves!!! Simply brilliant!!!!!



22.01.2022 Here is the Playne Street Bridge upgrade which is part of the Frankston Lighting Program. Here we used the Digilin Haloflex product to create a stunning end result! Thanks to Frankston City Council and HR Consulting for allowing us to be part of this. We are wrapped with the result.

22.01.2022 Another exciting project to have been involved in at the iconic Phillip Island Nature Park. The team at WGE did an incredible job here as not only did they have to give consideration to pedestrians safety but the environmental impact on the famous Little Penguins. Here we used the WE-EF VFL500 series and fitted them with Amber LED chips and the result is nothing less than outstanding.

22.01.2022 Another freshly completed project completed known as the Sentinel Statue in Frankston. Here we used a Valen Architectural Solar pole with WE-EF ETC300 series fitting. Thanks to the City of Frankston for the opportunity and Ryan Carafa from RDJ Contractors for the awesome install.



21.01.2022 Here are a couple more photos of the Light Up Caroline Lake project. The precinct will be officially switched on the evening of Friday, 29 March. State Government member the Hon Marlene Kairouz MP will be in attendance to perform the official switching on.... This has been a great result for Melton City Council, Aviva Gunzburg from NDYLIGHT for designing the precinct. All works have been completed by the team Harris HMC and Buckford for the supply of the WE-EF luminaries and poles.

16.01.2022 Another great solar project completed at Brunswick’s Gilpin Park. Here we used the Valen Architectural Solar pole and WE-EF VFL unit. Install was completed by Ryan Carafa’s team at RJC Electrical Soultions.

16.01.2022 Some great photos of the recently completed Brunswick Mechanics Institute. Here we used WE-EF VLR Linear and FLC projectors in RGBW with DMX control. ZFT post top and ETC up lighter in the forecourt and feature wall. The programming has been undertaken the team at Digilin.... Fabulous results all the way around!

15.01.2022 Here is another project we helped deliver at the Ericsson Head Quarters located at 8/818 in Melbourne. Nicholas Blay and the team at Wood and Grieve were the electrical engineers and designers. Here we used a combination of the XERO XTA 1.5 Slot, XTA 3.0 Slot and XTA 3.0 Recessed with Xeramix 1, 3000 K, Plexiglass, Powder coated in White Texture. Look stunning you would have to say. ... 14.01.2022 We have just completed the supply of a new street scape upgrade in Wangaratta. Here we used the WE-EF VFL500 series in various mounting combinations. They look awesome and give an lovely architectural edge to the space. Thanks to Kyle Joustra for the great photos.

12.01.2022 The revitalisation of Fishermans Lane Hastings is now complete. Using WE-EF VFLs and FLC Projectors on ALM-K poles to provide lighting for safe movement/artwork enhancement. We have also incorporated Castadli Ice product as an architectural feature and way finding in the new pavement.

10.01.2022 This evening we at Buckford and WE-EF sponsored the IES VIC/TAS Chapter put on a technical meeting centered around the Dark Sky movement. Here we had Therésa Jones, Senior Lecturer in Evolutionary and Behavioural Ecology and Landon Bannister, MIES, President of Dark Sky Tasmania put on a fantastic presentation on the Dark Sky Problems. Thanks to the 130 or so members & guests who showed up. Your support made the evening a great success!!!

08.01.2022 Here are the first pictures of the brand new LED upgrade at the North Melbourne Football Club. This was designed for 300lux and we used Philips Optivisions. Erbas and HB Arch designed the system. The team comprised of Lincoln Merlo, Tom Nutting, Gray Barton Allison Hooper, Deniz Ibrahim and Chris Beattie. Harris HMC and Allphase Electrical did an awesome job installing the poles and fittings. While we supplied and helped commission the luminaries and worked with the team throughout all stages.

08.01.2022 Photos of the completed Mentone Renaissance Project. Thanks to Tim Hart at Urban Initiatives and Robert Hamilton from WEBB for allowing us to assist. This was an awesome project where we designed custom WE-EF poles to attach RFL Luminaries and FLC GOBO projectors along with and Digilin Grunzdell spots. Great result!

08.01.2022 Some great pictures taken of a project delivered at the Melbourne Exhibition Centre. The simple use of ERCO Grasshopper being used on the detailed facade creates a visually interesting effect. This project was design by WSP and their specialist lighting team at Vision.

05.01.2022 Excited to see that four of the six pole lights are up for North Melbourne Football Club at Arden Street as the extension works continue by Harris HMC. Erbas designed the system with fittings supplied by Buckford Illumination Group and the design team of Lincoln Merlo, Tom Nutting, Gray Barton Allison Hooper, Deniz Ibrahim and Chris Beattie.

02.01.2022 Here are some photos taken of Hughesdale Railway Station that was part of the Caulfield to Dandenong elevated rail line. This project entailed the removal of nine level crossings, rebuilding five new stations, creating new parkland and linking 17 kilometres of shared pedestrian and bicycle paths. This was a great project that we are proud to be associated. Here the WE-EF VFL was used on the Platforms and WE-EF RFS fittings in the Viaduct. ... Thanks to the team at MTM and WSP for giving us the opportunity to assist.
