24.01.2022 Spacious, clean, modern home in superb location looking for happy, harmonious housemates to fill 2 rooms. Have access to beautiful pool and BBQ area. 4 rooftops to the patrolled Buddina Beach 100m to Kawana Shoppingworld (we push our trolleys home and they are collected daily)... Very quiet location with quick access to public transport. University and hospital about 10 minutes away. My 15!yr old son and I will be living upstairs in our own area and sharing the kitchen area. My partner and Jack Russell fur baby also live here. $250 per week single person $300 per week for a couple
