20.01.2022 I mean... I tried hard not to share these before allll the kids have finished, but sometimes things are just too cool to keep to ourselves, even for 4 days! Here is the first of many Patterned Animal Silhouette Canvasses from this weeks' art classes. This young artist is just 6 years old!! I adore the composition-- an eagle & a butterfly, locked in the chase (or a race?). Who. Will. Winnnn? Just stunning . 15.01.2022 Sculptures by the Sea-- such a fantastic event every year. I'm extra grateful for it this year, with the funding hiccups and all the uncertainty affecting events at present. This joyful, fun sculpture stood out-- 'Dream of Cyprus' by Japanese artist, Savako. @sculpturebythesea tops my list of free annual Perth art exhibitions-- it's so nice to get down to the beach! And my kids have enjoyed their annual pilgrimage with their friends. ... Soon, the Mundaring Open Studios event will run- Art in the Hills 2021.
