05.01.2022 U P D A T E Got back from my walk this morning and I noticed in the mirror how loose my vest was. I bought it 9 weeks ago and it fitted, just, one could say sprayed on, I had to undo the bottom 3 press studs to sit down.... From my previous post you may already know of the ongoing battle I have been in for a few decades with weight issues.
