06.01.2022 We should be aware by now that there are many ‘myths’ circulating around the fastest/most effective ways to lose weight or to be ‘healthy’ truth is, many of us still chase that ‘quick fix’ to get us started, or get FEARED into whats ‘good and bad’ for us to consume, we can even waste money on the ‘too good to be true’ gimmicks. Some of these include: 10 day juice detox to drop unwanted belly fat avoid sugar to look 10 years younger start a HCG diet to drop 10kg ... avoid sweeteners, they give you cancer buy this magical cellulite cream, for instantly smooth, fat free skin skinny teas will dramatically improve digestion and take inches off your waistline shakes only... even if they taste like dishwater, you have to consume them every day, for 28 days avoid carbs... not sure why? Just heard it from someone with a six pack fast, only eat plants, cut out caffeine, only drink alkaline water, in fact it’s not safe to go out... just stay home So many unrealistic expectations which only set us up for failure, why?
