21.01.2022 The last training session for the year will be KARATE. Monday 21st December. Kids class 4.30pm. Adults 6pm to 7.15pm WEAPONS. Tuesday 22nd December. Weapons 5pm. Kata class 6pm. ... Karate Training will resume Monday 11 January and continue Monday and Thursday at 5 pm to 6.30pm during the school holidays. These classes will be combined kids and adults. Weapons and Kata will start back Tuesday 12 January. Weapons 5pm Kata 6pm..

18.01.2022 Congrats to all who graded and gained their tips on Saturday at Port Macquarie. Especially Cobe Edwards and Nathaniel Reitsma who graded to 4th kyu and Banjo Edwards who gained his first tip. You showed great spirit and strength. You should be proud of your achievement.

12.01.2022 Would like to thank Shihan Michael Fardell and sensei Steve Hunt for coming down from Port Macquarie yesterday to take our students through a weapons and kata class. Nothing better than being able to call upon people with such great knowledge from within the Kensei shoto ryu group.

08.01.2022 I would like to thank all the ladies who attended the ladies self defence seminar today. I hope you enjoyed the day and have gained some skills as a result. You can always practice the techniques on family members. I would also like to thank Michael Fardell and Paul Rollo for coming from Port Macquarie and conducting the seminar. From some of the feedback we received today there will be another seminar in the near future. As was stated the money collected was donated to the Breast Cancer Network Australia

03.01.2022 WEAPONS CLASSES in BULAHDELAH. From Tuesday 1 December and every Tuesday after that we will be conducting weapons classes at the pavilion in the showground at Bulahdelah. Traditional weapons will be taught. The class will be starting at 5pm. Shihan Michael Fardell from Port Macquarie will be available to conduct some of the classes. From that Tuesday a Kata class will be held starting at 6pm. These classes are combined adults and children....
