I had my own long time plumber who wasn't available for this job and I initially gave Laurie a few smaller jobs to see how it went. I can say that Laurie is a true professional - I gave him keys to the house and he proceeded to get the ...work done quickly and professionally with an attention to detail and quality. Although this was a very old house, Laurie did not complain once and resolved problems by himself with very little direction - this made my life so much simpler.
