15.01.2022 Our very very exciting news!! I’m so excited to welcome a new member to our teaching faculty at Bundaberg Dance Academy. From the start of term 3 Renelle Jones will be joining us to work with our students. After training extensively in Sydney and Bundaberg, Renelle completed a Bachelor of Dance degree at the Academy of Music and Performing Arts (then Wesley Institute) majoring in contemporary dance.... In 2014, she was lucky enough to be chosen as one of So You Think You Can Dance Australia's dancers. Throughout the show Renelle worked with reknown choreographers such as Travis Wall, Paris Goebell, Squared Division, Stephen Tannos, Matt Lee, Sarah Boulter, Paul Malek, Marko Panzic and Jason Gilkinson. Amazingly, Renelle made it to the Grand Final just behind Lauren Seymour and Michael Dameski. Such an incredible achievement. For a time, Renelle danced professionally on such shows as "The Voice" and "X-Factor," and choreographed for more indie productions and music video clips such as Emma Louise's "Underflow." Welcome to the BDA team Renelle Our students are so lucky and we can’t wait for them to meet you.

03.01.2022 We are so excited to be re-starting our Ready Set Dance classes are BDA. We are offering a free trial class this Saturday morning at our studio from 10:00-10:30am The class is suitable for little boys and girls from 2-5 years. Our Ready Set Dance teachers will be doing some tracks from the classes and you will be able to meet the teachers and bring along your little ones. Due to covid restrictions anyone who would like to attend MUST go to this link http://www.bbda.com.au/...rsd/ and fill out the required information for contact tracing. Due to limited numbers we are only able to have one parent accompany each child to the class. Class numbers will also be limited so please make sure you register quickly. 03.01.2022 We are beyond thrilled to announce that our very own Georgia Wall has been accepted into the Ev & Bow Full time Training program for 2021. We are so proud of the many hours of hard work she has put in to be able to continue her training next year at this level. She has done wonderful work with our younger students and we have loved having her choreograph many different routines for the studio. I know we are all going to miss her terribly next year but we are so proud of you G and wish you all the best
