20.01.2022 New to the Bundalong Tavern. Dry aged meats! Starting tomorrow 20th November! Altair grass-fed WAGYU PORTERHOUSE.... Marwan grass-fed Angus RIB EYE. Marwan grass-fed Angus SCOTCH FILLET. Diamantina grain-fed PORTERHOUSE. Pre-book and pick your own cut of our top quality meats from our local legend butcher, Dan from YOUR EVERYDAY GOURMET in Wangaratta. For those that want a 14 day age cut it will be ready on the 4th of December. For those that want to wait a little longer and enjoy the texture and tenderness of a 28 day age cut we will serve this on 18th of December. If you really love age cured meat and want to patiently wait until the New Year the 45 day age cut will be ready on the 3rd of January 2021. Please pre-book as we already have sold a few cuts. Call Brett on 0425787886 to secure the tender, dry-aged cut of your choice served with three sides and a creamy garlic house made gravy. This is next level when it comes to steak! Book now!

If you don’t know bundalong , number 1 (the Waterskier) at a quick glance represents what we have to offer If you do know Bundalong it reflects back to our roots of how water sports particularly waterskiing started back in 1934 when Edward Parker imitated a design out of an American magazine and skied on Sydney harbour Please get on and vote for your preferred logo
