21.01.2022 I stumbled across an excellent reference from a lovely gentleman from 2 years ago, makes this work worth while when you have clients like these :) Thanks Ian Dear whom it may concern: Recently, my daughter purchased a very old and in need of repair home in Auckland St, Gladstone. The main area of concern was the condition of the existing timber stumps and floor. Bundy House Relocators were recommended to me by a local real estate company and I contacted them to provide a quot...e on potential floor levelling and re-stumping. Their office staff were very obliging and knowledgeable about what was required and after some initial basic information about the residence was provided, they proceeded to have a company representative visit for a site inspection. Once again the knowledge of that person was excellent and he explained fully the best options were to complete the job successfully. Based on his inspection, a very detailed quotation was provided listing not only the work to be performed but all the necessary fees and approvals required. The site work group were very friendly and informative and proceeded to work very effectively. Their office support staff were also very efficient keeping me informed of progress at all times. The work was completed on time and on budget except for one variation (explained in the quotation) for the deeper than normal footings required by council, which I considered very reasonable The standard of their workmanship was also of a very high standard and I would have no hesitation in recommending them for any similar type work. 02.01.2022 This big beauty was moved back several meters on site to make way for a medical clinic to be built in-front. She was BIG and very heavy as the kitchen had a concrete slab as flooring. You can see the finished product as you drive into Bargara. I will put the finished photo when I head to Bargara next.

01.01.2022 Going through photos of Jobs last year. This one was an old church from Alloway, Bundaberg to Beaudesert. We originally moved this church from Gin Gin 13yrs ago! The roof was a major challenge, but Dave and Steve conquered it! The church was relocated to a beautiful property with amazing views. The stunning stain glass windows all stayed in tac with not one breakage :) Great job done by the boys
