24.01.2022 Get Ready for Friday Night Touch!! Time to lace up the boots, meet your coach, catch up with friends, have some fun and play some touch football.. Remember to arrive early at the field you are playing on...... Parents and Spectators: * Please sign-in using the QR Code located around the venue. * Bring a chair (Grandstands not in use under our COVID Safe Plan). * Canteen will be operating. There will be an entry and exit to the canteen - please follow this. No seating (table/chairs). Liquor licence area is limited to a maximum if 16 persons. Social Distancing of 1.5m is required. * Players are to bring their own water as there will be no access to water taps. Bundaberg Touch will require some assistance throughout the season with the canteen and referee duties. If you can assist, pop up to administration and see us...We appreciate any support.

24.01.2022 Spectators Permitted at Bundy Touch Games. From Tuesday 1 September, Spectators will be permitted on site to watch games. All spectators will be required to Sign-In/Sign-Out using the QR Code system. These are located at the identified Field Entry/Exit Points. Spectators will be required to adhere the Social Distancing requirements of 1.5m.... Note: Playground is out of bounds, No canteen services, No access to water taps. Bundaberg Touch will be conducting live spectator counts over the next few weeks and will review the spectator contact tracing compliance recording. We ask everyone to comply with our COVID -19 Safe Plan requirements so we can continue to play and provide a safe environment for our Touch Community.

21.01.2022 SENIOR REPRESENTATIVE TEAMS BTA Management have considered the following teams viable (however not endorsed at this stage) for the QTF State Cup: U20 Mens (Coach- Blake Hornbrook)... U20 Women (Coach - required /conditional for endorsement consideration) 30 Women (Coach- Baz Cutmore) 40 Men (Coach - David Bonser) A final decision will be made on Tuesday night 29 September to endorse the Teams for the QTF State Cup. This gives an additional week to seek sufficient players for the teams. Please email [email protected] should you be interested in being considered in a representative team. If a team/teams is endorsed (conditional on levy payments) the following will occur: Tuesday 6th October Player uniform orders (sizing) to be completed. $175 BTA Levy (includes player Uniform - Shirt /shorts /socks /hat/polo) must be paid by this date. The whole team must be paid by 6th October otherwise the team will not be entered into the QTF State Cup. Note: for those players who have the current Senior Representative gear (2019) and do not require any additional gear the BTA Levy will be $25. Players will also be required to pay the $100 QTF player levy and cover their own accommodation/travel costs.

21.01.2022 Local Bundaberg Teams wishing to enter into the Bundaberg Cup are to contact Bundy Touch at [email protected] before this Friday (18 December) with Team Name/Division/Team contact details. Bundy Touch will enter your team and provide a team discount (further discount on the early bird) and invoice the team. 21.01.2022 2020 SENIOR STATE CUP MUSTER DAY Bundaberg Touch will hold a Muster day this Sunday 13 September 2020, 10am - midday for those players wishing to be selected in representing Bundaberg Touch at the Queensland Touch Football State Cup (Coomera 27-29 November 2020). Bundaberg Touch will be considering the following Divisions:... Once teams are full, players will be placed on a waiting list.... Players will be placed into teams with the first two (2) weeks of competition for player grading. A good place to start is the Foundation Skills checklist. If you are coaching an older team then they might need to start working on Talent skills.... Coaching Course I'm planning to run a Foundation Coaching Course on November 14. If you haven't previously completed a course I strongly recommend you sign up. Note: The first two (2) weeks of games will be for player grading which may see players moved to different teams. Teams will be finalised after two (2) weeks. No points will be allocated for win/loss games during the first two weeks (player grading).... The draw will be released later in the week.
