16.01.2022 The Coronavirus has required us all to make major adjustments in our lives. Some people will be working from home, many have lost their jobs and thousands of parents are homeschooling their children. With so many uncertainties at the moment, it’s normal for our emotions to be running high. Like many people I’m finding comfort in food and Netflix . My point is, take it easy on yourself. Although this post made me laugh it is also very true for many of us. Please remember, exercise is a great way to improve our mental health. Even if it’s just going for a 30 minute walk or a few squats during an add break. Moving our bodies helps clear our mind. Try one of my workout videos on this page. Take care everyone.
