12.01.2022 FYI altar servers... extracted from last weekend's parish newsletter. You will recall that the Collect is the opening prayer said by the Priest that concludes the Introductory Rites. This changes comes into effect this weekend, the First Sunday of Advent.

08.01.2022 Just a quick reminder to our altar servers in the parish that we'll FINALLY have a training session this Saturday 23 October from 10am-12 noon at Mary Mother of Mercy Community Centre. Newcomers most welcome.

An altar server is an ...assistant to the priest during Mass and helps with supporting tasks like ringing the altar bell, bringing up the gifts and books among other things.
