23.01.2022 Want to name this sweet girl? She's looking for a sponsor and a name!

22.01.2022 Want a fun day out and don't know what to do? Head to Kangaroo Island on KI Connect for $25 each way. We went recently to meet with the incredible staff and volunteers as Raptor Domain and KI Wildlife Park. Your donations have assisted them tremendously. But the best thing you can do to help KI is to purchase their local produce (Foodland and The Central Market) or visiting the picturesque island for yourself. A day trip is all you need. #bookthemout

21.01.2022 Can anyone weld? Looking for a volunteer to help construct aviaries for rescued birds! Unfortunately due to the scarcity of food in the fire zone, so many animals are suffering Rachael needs somewhere larger to house her rescues.

20.01.2022 They are loving the carrots on KI

20.01.2022 Yesterday Oz Minerals and Warrawong placed 24 water stations and 1 tonne of carrots over 120 acres. I came along to help and to show you the devastation. It's heartbreaking. (I haven't included pictures of the homes I saw due to privacy reasons, but I can tell you there is just nothing left.)

20.01.2022 A new healthy girl we found at Woodside the other night

19.01.2022 What a fantastic idea!

19.01.2022 Simon has been released! He cant wait!

19.01.2022 We are looking for volunteers once again. I have a desperate call for volunteers to help feed a wildlife carer's animals. Could you spare a couple of hours to help? They are situated near Murray Bridge and have been tirelessly feeding the wildlife who are starving post the Cudlee Creek fires. Now they need help to feed their own rescues. If you can spare the time and want to assist with all the amazing work they are doing, please PM us.

15.01.2022 Yesterday we attended a fundraiser put on for us that was organised by Jade Venables from Growing Your Wings. It was held at the Salisbury Sharks United Soccer... club. They raised just over $2000 for WILDLIFE SA & the Soccer Club raised $1887 for the CFS. What a MASSIVE ACHIEVEMENT. THANK YOU Jade for pulling this together and choosing to support WILDLIFE SA. Pictured is Daisy and our newest girl (yet to be named). Discussing the events of the day. See more

14.01.2022 We are VERY excited! Today we managed to get Channel 7 to do a story on the weather segment at 6:25pm tomorrow! Wahoo. Now more people will see the wonderful work they are doing with the animal hospital! Be sure to watch!

13.01.2022 Adelaide Koala Rescue has just released a new list of medical items they are requiring. Unfortunately their current medical supplies are running dangerously low and are in desperate need of these items: (the blank areas are items which have been received already, so they have been edited out) If anyone in the medical field can help donate some of these items, AKR would be eternally grateful (out of date is absolutely fine) Your World Gym, Young Street in the CDB will be the drop off point. If you can not drop off here, please contact us direct and we can find an alternative for you. Thank you so much! (CLICK THE IMAGE FOR FULL VIEW)

10.01.2022 This is appalling that this was allowed to take place, luckily the survivors are being well cared for

10.01.2022 Recently we had the opportunity to visit Kangaroo Island. We chatted to the owner of the KI Wildlife Park for a while. All your donations are being well used and the animal hospital is up and running. They are currently taking care of 40 orphaned joeys. He said they have had 700 injured koalas through their doors. If you can, please visit, they truly need all the help they can get. #bookthemout

10.01.2022 Want to name this sweet girl? Shes looking for a sponsor and a name!

08.01.2022 Well done to all who have donated to Wildlife SA, you are CHAMPIONS!

07.01.2022 Beautiful Ethel improving every day!

06.01.2022 Its not just dogs who love a belly rub this koala was in heaven thanks to an Australian Army lieutenant colonel working at the Kangaroo Island Wildlife Park. The Defence Force is still hard at work on the island helping animals affected by the devastating bushfires. #9News

05.01.2022 Want to sponsor this little guy?

04.01.2022 Recently we were very happy to receive a $2,000 donation from funds raised by Fiona Hall and her friends in the UK. We applaud their efforts, they did so well! Thank you from the bottom of our hearts. We are touched that the plight of our wildlife is reaching to all parts of the world.
