12.01.2022 With the proposed development: - Council staff will be the technical assessing group for the matter and will provide a report to the JRPP. (state panel). - There will be a councillor briefing about the DA from which the council may decide to also have a seperate submission from Council’s viewpoint. This would be compiled by a seperate group of council’s planners independent to the assessing group and reflect the position of the elected council. - Submissions and deputations to the JRPP will be part of the process. - Timeline unknown at this stage.
