19.01.2022 What do you do when you forget your Pilates gear and happen to have worn a skirt to work that day? You buy new PJs (she needed a new pair anyway) and flaunt them at Pilates! #pjs #pilates #burnsidephysio

16.01.2022 Women’s health week is dedicated to all women across Australia to make good health a priority. Day 1 is all about implementing a little bit of movement in your day. Some ideas to create more activity in your day include; going for a walk with a friend (or your dog) encourage a walking meeting at work if you have kids, take them to the local park... parking a little further away from work or the shops Don’t make it complicated, just make it achievable! 10.01.2022 We currently have an intermittent phone problem. We are working to resolve this issue with our provider, although it is taking time. The phone does still work majority of the time, although occasionally you may receive a message saying our phone line is disconnected. We remain open and the phone does still ring, but if you experience any difficulty calling us, please call us back as you may be able to get through the second time. Or you can email us at [email protected] for any quires. We are still here to help you with all your muscular aches and pains! Thank you for your continued support. Burnside Physiotherapy Team
