25.01.2022 The most common question i get asked is? How long did/does it take to reach your goal! WELL everyone is different and eveyones journey is their own there is no Quick Fix or Magic Pill Its about being consistent , consistently putting the hard work in to gain that fit healthy lifestyle its not a punishment i want to be the best that i can be inside and out so my Diet and excersise are my priorities its ok to put yourself first as Mums we allways put our children first But we Must make time for ourselves I LOVE my job helping people be the best they can BE Keep chipping away guys slow n steady wins the race

20.01.2022 I DID IT ,I DID IT, I DID IT Since having my baby girl 1 year ago my goal was to run 5km in under 30 mins I have been chipping away at this for 13 months consistently getting out there even when I didn't feel like it, taking the bad runs in my stride along the way AND it paid of MORAL of the story even thou I'm a PT I have hurdles and challenges just like u You will have good days bad days and amazing days just don't QUIT 1km splits in 5min30 wowwww pat on the back Bernie have a great day go and go after your goals

07.01.2022 Expectation Vs Reality People think that because we are Pt's that we got it all sorted out and dont struggle or battle that we dont have bad days or days were we just dont want to do it! NOW the REALITY of it is like this . I am just like u i struggle i fall i get back up i power on i have no magic fix i have to bust my ass just like everyone else consistently every day. Now throw in 4 kids n 2 buisnesses aggh is it hard YEP, Do i struggle hell yer all the time i just... dont QUIT i love the challenge i love to push my self and im gunning for the best version of me i can be. I once was 115kg so i no the struggle when i first started my journey couldnt even walk 5m but i pushed on everyday now im running 5 -6km daily throw in a baby at 45 and u got a reason to work ya ass of i was 104 kg when i had alaura in jan this year after alaura i was 94kg from 6 jan to NOW 10 n half months i now weigh 76kg thats a total loss of 28kg in just under 11 months so when u think its to hard or your scared or unsure think of me let me inspire you because YOU can do this hardest part is starting but once u do u will start to feel better eat better sleep better and just see the world in a positive way im allways here to help guide and support you all my friends just remember this is not a punishment we dont do it to punish ourselves its a GIFT embrace it have a great sunday guys See more

01.01.2022 WoW you guys brought it tonightThursday nights class was a ripper we pushed and challenged ourselves with over 25 stations and 2 x laps of the circuit and with 45 sec work 15sec rest times there was nothing left in the tank thats for sure AND because there such warriors they even took the news that it would be an HOUR class not the usual 45 mins like championsrefer to photo lol it looked so challenging even ME the trainer got in on it i spending my thurs nights smashing it out with u guys see you next week if you would like to attend any of the classes plz head to my fb page and Book online you MUST book to attend
