23.01.2022 Have you ever been into visit Manning Valley Neighbourhood Services in Wingham and see what they have to offer ??? After meeting with them today I learnt a few... helpful things which I will share here... - Back to school vouchers are available for those with school aged children - Sanitary items are available for young girls and women who need them - Backpacks and stationary are available - Food Bank is run most days with donated bread, seasonal fruit/veg & canned goods - Food & fuel vouchers are available as well as assistance with bills. You will need to make an appointment with one of their lovely volunteers to be allocated these vouchers, so call them to book in or go into the office on Tues - Weds - Thurs when they have volunteers on hand. Sometimes little community places like this are the best kept secrets, so make use of this service if you are in need!

23.01.2022 Just a reminder that we will be closing our doors for the final time this coming Thursday. To those still in need, please come and see us, and hopefully we are able to help you out with what is required. Just quietly, we wouldn’t mind seeing your faces one last time too. Even if it’s just for a chat!!... Damien and Rachel

08.01.2022 After a lot of deliberation and sleepless nights, we have decided that the Bushfire Recovery Distribution Centre will be closing it's doors on Thursday 12th March. Ruth will be leaving us this Friday 6th March at lunchtime, so feel free to call in to farewell her and show your thanks. It's been a long, hard, but very rewarding 4 months for Damien and myself, but now it's time for us to get back to some kind of normal and put time back into our children and families.... We've laughed, cried, heard some amazing stories that have come from great loss, made some forever friendships and overall, have been absolutely honoured and blessed to be able to help people out in their time of need. The strength and resilience of each and every one of you simply blows our minds and the kindness and outpouring of our community is like nothing we've ever witnessed before!! Thank you to all who donated, whether it be businesses or individuals, far and wide. You all have hearts of gold!! To all our volunteers....we could not have achieved what we have without all of you! Thank you simply does not seem enough. You are all amazing!! Damien and Rachel
