14.01.2022 To let you know the story of Business Action Complete, I started several years ago after having reviewed the major CRM platforms available at the time. I was not that impressed. I wanted a solution that would better fit around my business processes. My business processes were not that difficult and they were not that different to other business processes I had seen being used yet somehow, the CRM platforms of the time just all looked like data entry pages cobbled together. If there was a flow at all it was clunky and uninspiring and the use of the CRM almost seemed like a distraction from my business instead of being an integral part of making my business work. I had an idea for a production line system that would move customer cases forward one action at a time and that is when I started to plan the building of the BAC Action Station.
