21.01.2022 THE POST-CORONAVIRUS ECONOMY 02/04/2020 I like to approach looking at economics like a physicist. There are very few maybes in physics. They mention and value g...oing back to first principles when things go wrong. So does architecture, if you find the central idea of your design is lost. Thats my background. If you understand game theory, its quite apparent that so much of social structure is based on the Prisoners Dilemma. This mindset seems prevalent also in many philosophical discussions, ancient and modern, such as Nietzsche and Diogenes, framing the human condition / human nature (HN) as being a weakness to overcome. I presume this comes from a mindset to overcome scarcity through dominion and therefore, cultures that reinforce our familiarity with that. However, despite our capacity for creativity and imagination and the absolute evidence that we have been able to overcome nature itself, we still create artificial, synthetic systems that are based on this old framework. We have stepped beyond overcoming natural systems and now play the game of overcoming systems themselves. The trouble is those systems are inherently disempowering because they are still built on fear based game theory that waste the most resources: war, politics, and finance are the most wasteful of all. Ideas for solutions and the present day, magic bullet or not, are still built on those same fear-based frameworks: to overcome HN. Despite so many people wanting empowered change, we think this is the exception, not the hope of the norm. Such a framework is also familiar to us so its easy to find solutions within a comfort zone that doesnt really change very much and we may be waiting for a personality to lead us to that change without losing that comfort. Experience from previous and even current political and religious leaders has not led to empowered change. But it is not just large-scale problems. Its also small-scale where businesses are in perpetual debt. These dichotomies make great stories to trickle down for people to tell and write books about, but that doesnt resolve the problems. Many dont want those problems to be solved because theres no money in it. If we are to be leaders for the world to be a better place, then we must look at practical empowered systems that all people can use with little need for hierarchical goverance or fear. One of the best engineering companies, Arup, are renowned for their 2-level company structure and are renowned for some of the greatest engineering feats globally. We need to find trust-based systems built on the abundance of our creativity and imagination that includes all things. If you listen to people discussing authenticity and trust, there is a strong dividing line between someone is being sponsored or the product was bought with their own money. This already shows how powerful exchange really is in driving trust between people, or not. Look at how many YouTubers with their promotions stipulate where the product was given by a company or they bought it from their own money to preempt whether they are being honest or not. Its interesting to find that in so many solutions put forward for empowered change, the design frameworks of currency are seldom looked into. People may offer new processes for currency and exchange but they are still built on the same usury frameworks that incentivizes people to quantify wealth in terms of money with little regard of what created that money. My objective here is to offer you a model that incentivises and empowers all people to look at profit and wealth on qualitative frameworks that build trust, in both competitive and collaborative relationships, to value sustainable synergy in creating experiences to empower the most people for all. During this time with the coronavirus, with this mass devolution of economic empowerment, timed or opportunistic, its essential to find solutions that dont revolve around panics like this again and be left to still more messengers wanting your sacrifice, confinement and/or self immolation to support the rest. So, lets get back to first principles. Lets look at the physics of humanitys identity and its relationship with nature, and discover the exchange model framework that supports the sustainable synergy of that to the greatest empowerment possible. . . . . . THE FUNDAMENTALS The objective here is to present a logic and the framework which empowers all people and has no need to compromise. This must be on qualitative terms where there is a dynamic empowered synergy that is adaptable and diverse dependent on location and capacity. I would find it hard to argue that the most self-actualised empowered people measure their highest wealth is ultimately how we create to empower the most people in the most sustainable way possible, to redundancy. Anything we do, has to support this absolute. It must be structured on the strongest people that possess and act in distributing empowerment to the rest of their community. From this central idea, we must build a adaptive social framework that incentivises such empowerment in the most constructive way possible. Lets look at the basic fundamentals to work with: Human Nature (HN): Adapts to its environment. This is the beginning of how we build cul to its environment. This is the beginning of how we build culture. In scarcity or abundance, we are valued by the excellence of what we create. Highest excellence empowers the most people to survive. Loves something to strive for. Is the only species that has overcome natures limitations. Thrives on creative capacity and imagination. Wants to be remembered. We want to trust more than fear others. Children are an excellent example of presenting this. Even as adults, we want to trust if we can, particularly government and authority. Its easier. Wants to be as lazy as it can possibly be to achieve the greatest gain. we always pick the easiest path to get something if it is possible. Whether that is through taking advantage of people, taking the past of least resistance, or being able to create something to make things easier for others, is dependent on the framework that creates the most status and wealth. When we govern such capacity with frameworks of disempowerment, it divides creative capacity, regardless of whether resources are scarce or abundant. This dissuades logic to empower cohesively and devolved to weakness being prioritised in decision making. We have built a model of exchange and social structures that promote weakness. Fundamentally, however, all people want to achieve excellence. How we design the framework defines whether thats against other people or with other people. If you define something about human nature on a negative framework, then it is more important to look at yourself and ask what is lacking in yourself to think such a thing. Environment (E): Resources are always scarce, but our creative capacity is limitless. Resources only those that are useful to the central idea. For resources to be their most plentiful, natural symbioses between them must be maintained and regenerative. Any adaptive social framework must support this. Social Frameworks (SF) How we value wealth define status. How we govern defines status. It doesnt matter whether its from a disempowered or empowered framework, all that matters is how well we do that to achieve status with our greatest self-security in mind. If a framework is built around scarcity, then mainstream status will always be based on the success of overcoming this. If it is based on abundance, then mainstream status will be based on the best to cultivate that. Fear drives separation. Joy drives integration. We are also more likely to trust someone who offers an opportunity to overcome fear. This is most apparent in times of desperation. This usually doesnt end well. if social frameworks are built around fear, then it only establishes the fear. It does not overcome it. Money/Currency/Exchange (M) Money doesnt exist unless we create something and somebody wants it. If there is nothing to buy, money is meaningless. Peoples capacity to create is the real money. If we do nothing, there is no economy. Therefore, money must be directly based on the work people do. Basing money on something outside of that disconnects that basic fundamental. Wealth is not money if there is nothing to buy. Therefore, money is always servant to peoples capacities to create. There are only three money structures to define and work with: usury (positive cost), demarrage (negative cost) and neutral (no cost). What defines which are empowering or not are dependent on how much is available, how its distributed, I know if it is based on the work of people or something else. Usury does not mean exorbitant cost. If this was the case, then there is an undefined band of money which is little cost. This seems to be conveniently swept under the carpet. It also implies that it cost on currency is fundamental. It isnt. Anyone that promotes such a definition of exorbitant cost and/or interest is not interested in sustainable synergy solutions. Basing currency on something outside of work incentivises using it as a commodity of its own value. Basing it on work makes this impossible with the right parameters. Cryptocurrencies are not different to any other mainstream currency if it follows the same frameworks as usury currency. it is just the same thing delivered a different way. Bitcoin is quite different to every other alternate currency due to specific parameters that made it difficult to continue as an exchange mechanism versus a store of value that many people have tried to overcome. This brought on ICO commodity boom that was purely fictitious, totally missing the larger picture that Bitcoin wanted to present. That again shows how powerful changing currency can be for sustainable empowered change. Here are the parameters to scrutinise: What is it based on? Is the volume infinite or finite? How is that volume distributed? Is there a cost? There are also only three framewoks of currency cost: Usury (any interest or fee) Demurrage No cost (neutral). Unfortunately, we have been dealing with usury currency as a commodity for as long as humanity can remember and built our understanding of human nature from that. It is built on the framework of disempowering social structures that Prisoners Dilemma game theory succinctly presents. It defines HN as a prisoner by default. Why? Money has almost always been created from violence and disempowerment to gain dominion to combat scarcity. David Graebers book Debt: The First 5000 Years, establishes this. Usury currency has always been connected to political power disempowering people, regardless of whether its capitalist or communist or anything in between. The only difference has been from the people who choose to have status to empower or disempower. As most democracies separate currency from governance, politics will not change anything unless you change fundamental frameworks to incentivize leadership to support people by default. What usury currency and the Prisoners Dilemma really demonstrate is that we trust what people tell us to overcome our fears and we try and trust what they say because were told we cannot trust ourselves. So we choose to accept fighting disempowerment rather than leveraging empowerment because we are led to believe its easier to follow then be an independent peer competing and collaborating for the greater good. It seems the human condition is that a gravitates to fear and not trust itself instead of the opposite. Thats quite different to defining human nature that objectifies humanity to be perpetually bad and need to be saved from itself. This is beyond ethics and virtue to be prevalent in creating empowering frameworks. It is more relevant to incentivise the ethics of excellence in empowering frameworks. It seems some people mistake the word excellence to mean self against others. No one achieves excellence without the help of others and so in-kind excellence supports excellence. That is the highest ethic. . . . . . BUXB It is here that I will present the parameters of the buxbi model and how it languages and incentivises people to want to be sustainable in the creativity regardless of their personality. It takes out the argument of whether humanity needs to be saved or not. It takes out objectifying people being good or bad, true or not. What they create and why will define whether they are worth your time. If theyre not doing their best to create experience is to empower the most people, including yourself, in the most sustainable way possible to redundancy, then they are not going to be efficient with your time to warrant it. BUXB means Be yoU eXchange Bank. The denomination of currency is bux. The parameters of bux are as such: 1 It is created by the exchange of work between at least two people. If nothing is done there are no bux. As a result, no money is created independently of work done. BUXB is not able to be bought by other currencies. 2 Total exchanges balance to zero, except in regards to education. In such a case, all people participating in an education platform are paid by the bank. 3 The banks deficit is the positive of education that is happening in the community. The volume and type of transactions recorded by the bank, irrespective of the amount, will show what interests the community or communities involved. This is transparent for everyone to see to know where to best use their energy, to the individuals greatest interest. No one is forced to exchange with another person if they choose not to. 4 What people choose to create to exchange is transparent to everyone else in the community. again, this is to inform not just the community what has the greatest benefit to create but also the interest of the person in wanting to create it. It will also establish how good day are at it which only promotes them more. 5 People are free to give what they wish and record it in the bank if they want to. 6 If someone chooses to keep a transaction a secret, for whatever reason, they are welcome. 7 The bank exists simply as a ledger of exchange and amount of what people choose to create. It cannot create any currency whatsoever. Anyone working for the bank is paid by the bank. There are no taxes taxes from the community to run it. 8 Community projects are mandated by direct democracy which people at BUXB manage. The only advantage 4 people both at the bank and the community Ark pick the projects that best support empowering the most people in the most sustainable way possible to redundancy. Since this is the case, there is no compromise between self interest and the community. On a project being decided on, the best people who can do that most efficiently will be the people that will be paid. Such civil or community costs will be covered by the bank. 9 the bank is not a separate entity or corporation or business that requires profit. It is simply a quantitative record of exchange between people in the community and communities that use the same currency. 10 To overcome any misconceptions that charging more would mean more wealth, no one can be paid more than 60bux an hour. As prices of products are based on the amount of work that people do, there is a natural incentive of the price mechanism to fall for everything while quality increases. This establishes that products and services of higher quality cost less. There is no loss of a free-market. The natural consequence of presenting ideas to the community to use their time in the most efficient way possible to effectively empower others in the most sustainable possible to no longer at needing to be required is the incentive for people to give their time to such ideas. Competing ideas will be based on those parameters. If there is a conflict of which idea is better, the natural consequence of this is either consensus to follow one project or for both projects to work concurrently to find out which is best. This is still the most efficient means of using resources instead of conflict in resolving who is better without actually have any experience to know and learn from doing what the idea of say they were going to. 11 Resources that people own using BUXB are not taking away from them. they only become available as they see fit while they become more comfortable and empowered using a model that has more options. It will become plain to realise that trying to find ways to look after properties you own when people are more independent is more difficult but you gain more connecting with people with what they make and dont lose your comfort for your security a,d experience; you gain it a different way. 13 Any business built by many people will have a part of the business in some way to attain part of that future profit. But as the price mechanism is quite different in BUXB, participants would game or by selling products at the price that it took to make it. Ask the price will be quite different to what it would be in usery currency, the real value is that quality increases ice prices fall. The true currency really is peoples status in creating quality. The price is simply a transition mechanism as people become more comfortable to qualitative framework to value status. Controversially, an example of how BUXB would work in the community is the intentional community mentioned and discussed in the end of Ayn Rands book Atlas Shrugged. Entrepreneurs in her book get a bad rap but, as usual, we trust the messenger that delivers fear instead of logic. To say that entrepreneurs are bad because they are self-interested egoists is saying to love and improve yourself is bad.there should be no difference between an entrepreneur and a person. I must stipulate that saying an entrepreneur is an opportunist is incorrect. Whether we are people alone or together creating, the objectives of creating experience its to empower the most people in the most stainboy possible to redundancy is the absolute objective to warrant any idea, and the work to do it, to be valued in its highest esteem. It is plainly clear that her hero entrepreneurs create the best for the least price. all value the quality of their work, and the people that do it not just for but with them. They are not just the entrepreneurs but the politicians we would like to see. They respect everyone who respects themselves in being their best. This is priceless. It is only in that intentional community where they can negate the disempowerment of compromised social structures and usury currency for the greater good. In this intentional community, we can focus purely on what her hero entrepreneur is a truly like. They are mindful empowered selfish creators self aware enough to create their best for the greater good. Any bastardisation of that interpretation has been made rampant by the wannabes. Alan Greenspan, a frequent guest at Ayn Rands social events, is the epitome of the second-handers she despises. All her heroes are interested in education first, to offer the opportunity for everyone to be their best at what interests them. Hank Reardon makes the best alloy at the cheapest price than his competitors. Dagny runs the best railroad. Hiring a vehicle for $0.05 for the day. Who has the car is not important. All her hero entrepreneurs value creating the highest quality for the best price they can. All got their hands dirty being on the ground to experience the knowledge to be their best for those that will know better. In a commodity-driven world of wealth, there will always be the compromise between what to pay oneself vs the people under you doing the work. And the absolute genius to present how different this is in Ayn Rands intentional community is the bank. Midas turned everything into gold. In business, everyone he backed succeeded. When he leaves to join the intentional community, he balanced his books to zero. Rands subjective in pointing this out is Midas left without owing or being owed anything. That in itself is an extraordinary feat in a usury world. Arguably, if that were truly possible, this could only happen in a currency with no cost. It would be interesting to analyse that. But in the microcosm of the intentional community, Midas is picking the best in a barrel. Theyre all good. They all want to be better. Interestingly, the means of exchange is in gold. This can bring up whether people a mining for gold for currency or as a resource. Whats more important is that the main purpose of Midas in the intentional community is simply being the creator of the means of exchange. There is no possible need or means or requirement to add any cost to the currency in such a community. It would be absolutely pointless. His objective is to create enough velocity of exchange as required. It is just he would, but he can only, only, give money to those who are the best at perpetuating empowerment. No one else is living there. Further, it is not required to compete with whom may have a car to lend or not as there is no need to create more cars if none are really required. There will be enough business for everyone until more cars required; then the best most sustainable people will make it, customised on demand. No one in the community would be bothered to make them if they are not needed. The ultimate empowerment in such an intentional community is no one is owned by anybody else and doesnt do anything for anybody unless they want to. Consequently they all do their very best for self and all because theres no better option. That is what selfish really means. Many say these ideas of economies will not work at scale but understand we are in economic models that create so much for nothing. There is so much waste that is not sold. Thats not efficient or useful or sustainable or empowering for anybody. So what is created is dependent on the creativity also of the means of production but not for the sake of the economy, but the community. It is easy to create a Tesla production line that can be powered on demand if another vehicle is required and then turn it off again. Cars need not be bought but rented as needed. Any alternative to sharing resources is far more efficient than the waste usury currency economies create. People will assume and say that such ideas can only work in small communities. but the whole global market is a series of small communities connected together. What matters more are how sustainably they connect for the greatest benefit of all that lived there. Im not just talking about humanity. Any human would know that if they want to at least survive, they must respect the environment. When a person says human nature or the human condition is inherently bad; when they say it cannot work at scale, they are only presenting the weakness in themselves. And this brings up the alignment of ethics and excellence. If we go back to first principles, this sphere of ethics is very much built around the game theory of the prisoners dilemma: people are not to be trusted and there will always be compromise. There will always be compromise if solution is not possible but to mitigate that is not built on rights or privilege or social standing in themselves. It is built on excellence. That is the highest ethic. What do we create to empower people and the environment without compromise for the greater good without self-immolation? You do want to live, right? The idea of self immolation as many religions value as a way to relinquish the weakness of human capacity is the largest most init oxymoron of human identity I could possibly imagine. The final book to establish the ultimate empowerment of excellence is Zen and the Art of Motorcycle Maintenance. This is, incredibly, a seriously underrated book. it overcomes the duality and weakness we are presented with over and over again in being human and presents a simple monoism without making it a religion or a deity to follow. What Robert Pirsig makes abundantly clear with his first hand experience teaching his classes in Bozeman, Montana, is quantifying results disempowers people to create excellence and leverage empowerment. It is only when he conceals the marks that he must give because of the system he lives in that the students do their best independent work. Quality may be compared but it has no price. When quality is based on creating empowerment, there is no price-to-value such status. There is no greater wealth. We tell stories about people who have overcome the system. But why do we enforce a disempowering system to overcome? Do you think we will have no story to tell past the point of fear? Look at the work you are doing an ask yourself if it can attain the absolute of empowering the most people in the most sustainable way possible to redundancy. Ask yourself if you are attached to the object of the work you were doing as the status in itself, or it is truly a trajectory to reach that ultimate goal of self and community empowerment. If your work is based on the mindset of believes that the bigger picture is full of bad people to overcome, if it is based on absolute scarcity, if it is based on the character for people to follow and not the idea itself that can be given freely to empower, then youre not being honest and it wont work and it isnt worth doing. Who is it that said doing the same thing the same way leads the same results? While you argue for empowerment and freedom on frameworks of weakness, this reinforces itself. If you really want to do something different, you must change the way you value yourself. Its got nothing to do with commodity currencies. BUXB itself would become redundant in the same way that currency almost is in Ayn Rands intentional community (ARIC?). Other pioneers believe completely moving forward past quantified exchange would be impossible. But it is certainly achievable. Look at Trekonomics. No one buys the Replicator. It replicates for free, on demand. Wealth is in the discovery of empowering all people to do the same. We are not all heroes, but in BUXB, you are fully supported to be the creator you want to explore. A master does not hide his evolution of being. He welcomes your interest, but what you do with it is your opportunity to be your own master. Not in ritual, not in obedience, but in creating to empower the most people the best way you can. And if you prefer to follow the master, thats fine, too. However, the fear of fearing people for their objective in connecting with you is allayed in every transaction. There is no need to swindle anyone participating in the BUXB. that would be the equivalent of shooting yourself in the foot. Instead that could alienate you. more likely, he would would look at you strangely saying You can be paid to be educated. What on earth are you thinking? If you are absolutely dogmatic to want resolution to the object overpopulation, modern monetary theory, steady state economies, degrowth, sustainability/regeneration, environmental/ecological/resource-based economics, discrimination, crime, slavery, famine, without looking at revaluing wealth on qualitative frameworks, then you are playing the object of being a changemaker, an activist, an icon for something better without actually changing anything. Theres a long list of that. Another story to tell doing the same thing the same way and not getting any results. If you feel I have an attachment to BUXB, then youre looking at me, not the model. Wrong target. It is a tool for you, not against you. And its free. It has the means to achieve whatever empowered endgame you want. All I have done is change the currency model framework and revalue wealth for what it really is. Not that complicated. In this short time during the coronavirus, its clear we can act fast globally if we want to. Lets try to do it with something empowering instead of disempowering as a means towards identity. 11.01.2022 WHY CHANGING THE CURRENCY TYPE IS THE KEY FOR EMPOWERED SUSTAINABLE CHANGE OK. Is it my imagination that people are getting antsy and not wanting to accept the ...inevitable trajectory to war and destruction that politics, and banks, want you to follow? Because you know that is what is happening, right? And how many people just say this and offer no solution? So the framework of BUXB and why it works HOW 1 It is based solely on work people do, deciding to be paid in BUXB. There is no external commodity to give money meaning. Its YOU! Therefore, by default, you all own the bank. As a result, there is no need for BUXB to create money for exchange. You are doing that. So, no fees, no interest, is required. 2 You cannot buy BUXB with other currencies. There is no connection between commodity currencies (anything with costs, aka commodity) and BUXB. They are totally separate systems. This includes anyone playing admin not being paid by your work. The bank pays anyone in admin roles to run it. Therefore there is no need for tax to anyone in a governing role. 3 You are paid to be educated in BUXB. All teachers and students are paid by the bank itself. 4 No one can be paid more than B60/h, no matter what you do. But you can charge less, if you want. Pricing for objects is based on all work used to create it. 5 Resources used to create something cost nothing (yes, that doesnt sound logical, but you will get it later). Everything is as is until we choose to do something with it. What matters though, and what BUXB allows, is how well one uses resources. The objective is to create experiences that can be reiterated over and over without needing more resources than necessary. The people who know how to do this get the resources because they know how to be more efficient with them than others. 6 The main aim of governance is to inform and connect those with connected projects, to incentivise and communicate to relevant communities what is the latters preference for who creates the best product/experience to empower the most people in the most sustainable way possible. Also, could and how would this be achieved better prioritising collaboration over competition. 7 As government is in effect in LIAISON for qualitative growth, not a vehicle for quantitative growth, and that BUXB is really an exchange vehicle for people and communities to create and work together, there is no need for governance to tax anyone. 8 In kind, as governance is liaison, any civil work proposed is put to the people to see if it is what they want, and then who has the best solution that uses resources most efficiently. As the people who do this are paid by BUXB itself, governance doesnt need to tax anyone. 9 So, BUXB is always in negative, but this shows what work is being done. It is a kind of GDP measure in itself, but not a business entity that needs to balance or make a profit. BUXB knows it is not wealth, just a measure of the wealth you all create for yourselves. 10 As a creator of this bank, I can only get paid B60/h for any work I do with the bank, of which ONLY can be created by the acknowledgment of whoever I help using it. I cant create money my own. It can only happen only when someone else is involved, and only on creating something. WHY 11 Basing a currency on work created stabilises the currency. So, too does having no costs on it. Money is not a commodity, only a means to exchange commodity. So it can only be neutral. 12 There is still a price mechanism involved, so you can charge what you want inside a ceiling. The B60 is not fixed, just an advantage while the market is small, but as more people are educated, you, even myself, will have to charge less to be competitive in the market. This reverses the price mechanism, valuing my expertise in creating quality, earning more this way. And, of course, everyone can always educate, where everyone benefits. Of course, you are all still governed by the qualitative formula if people are going to give their time to you. 13 BUXB is a transition model to first get people to get out of the money has to be a commodity and scarce to have value. No one can own money. If they do, they own you. So, no deal if it was designed this way. I find may crypto creators totally miss this and just concentrate on decentralisation or synthetic wealth. This is garbage. If there is any cost to the currency, it will change nothing. BUXB will then follow a more factor measure of EMPOWERMENT.SUSTAINABILITY/RESOURCES = EXCELLENCE FACTOR (ExF). The higher you score on that, the better. In each project, you get a number that totals your forecast. Each new project is given its own ExF number. The totals of these divided by the number of your projects is your total ExF score. To be sure, this is always going to be fuzzy, but so is any business, startup or established, promoting their value. Humanity is also a dynamic species that continually adapts. The ExF is not just a qualitative measure, but more a tool for communication of your capacity and excellence to empower. 14 We have based any scaled civilised model on fear, therefore power, based paradigms. This is always fundamentally corrupt. We based our economy on The Prisoners Dilemma. What does that mean? We always prioritise fear. That is the foundation, therefore the mindset of the game: DISEMPOWERMENT. We can change that, but humanity wants to evolve out of this, not devolve, and so we think better to follow what we know than what we do not know. So, in essence, you are saying YOU DO NOT WANT TO KNOW YOURSELF, just what some schizophrenic who wanted to quantify how to get the girl said. Yes, Nash, you! More on this later. 15 We are used to politics being the answer, but it is based on protection from others, and the power trip this ensues. Look at the history of leaders. How many were actually good? What framework of scarcity and status were they, and you, governed by? Look at how we glorify power through the CAPACITY of destruction, yet love the little people who do good and empower against the grain? YOU created the disempowering mindset. YOU! You reinforce fear by glorifying power through dominion. The greatest leader controls no one. 16 Any empowered evolution involves moving past the conflict of politics. It is only reinforcing the fear you have for your perception of human nature. When you create a world around its weakest link, you reinforce that link. Have you noticed the Spartans actually didnt do that? They were a defence against war, but not wanting to control with it. They only fought back. 17 Remember that saying that if you want to change something, you cant do that by doing the same thing. So we had this thing called disruption. What is more important is in what bubble is that disruption happening in? Why do so many activist actions become usurped by the thing they are against? And then we are left with lip service? To do it all over again. If you really want change, look at the bubble you cant burst. Yes, that is usury currency. 18 There is little need to use resources in fear-based industries. That means a lot less on defence, governance, banking. Think about how much energy they alone waste, and you get the picture. Add things like insurance, meaningless advertising, price wars, and then the resources to fill doing all these things: bigger roads, tolls, transport, congestion, depression, drugs, addictions and getting rid of them, and the colossal impact of what a stupid disempowered wasteful society we have been for so long, and for what, will smack you in the face. 19 We have been driven by morals and ethics and virtue to overcome the calamity and weakness of being human. The human condition. Again, this is a disempowering belief framework. My good buddy Chris Agnos recently posted a video saying we are all significant. OF COURSE WE ARE! EVERYTHING IS! I am aware the insignificant framework is intended to make us understand the same thing: empowerment for all is more important than power over all. Either way, the highest ethic is EXCELLENCE! CREATING THE MOST EMPOWERING EXPERIENCES FOR THE GREATEST NUMBER IN THE MOST SUSTAINABLE WAY POSSIBLE, TO REDUNDANCY. 20 The biggest mistake humanity did is put an abstract quantitative price on its head. There is no empowered way to believe in yourself but not human nature in general. This makes no sense. This is why you support a disempowered game: The Prisoners Dilemma. We also make the mistake of basing an exchange model on resources themselves (scarcity), not our capacity in using them (abundance). 21 We have wasted, are wasting, so many resources on fear based industry, on inefficient practices, on authoritative governance, and you still follow the rules someone told you to follow hoping for change. Yes, you still follow even when you fight because you are instilling the same mindset in whatever you create. That is why revolutions do not work. Power and dominion. Useless, abstract, power and dominion. Get over it. BUXB is designed to get you over this. And your fear of self. It isnt a contest. Wake up. 10.01.2022 Hey all, Just to give some grounding to the currency modelling: What the problem is with other ideas is they have their fundametals wrong. All commoditise money. Its created separate from work created to make it. Thats why there are always problems. We take more than give. ... Any interest/cost/fees using money will make it a commodity. Only a free exchange model shifts the object of currency as wealth and shifts it to what we are really creating to warrant being supported to make it/paid in it, etc. That changes the paradigm of values to be wealthy: what experiences are you making that empowers yourself and as many others as possible in the most sustainable way possible, to redundancy: there is no longer a need to make it as it has stopped empowering. How does this fit into human nature? Good point. Humanity glorifies war as a means to power. This is quite different to empowerment. Natural selection kind of developed through competition. But of course, we develop better by prioritising collaboratively. We sell this through ethics. But this doesnt work because it doesnt ground humanitys natural instinct to be different. Competition demonstrates excellence, so any sustainable mindset has to be based on the same thing. The question is what type of excellence? One where I compete to cultivate quality better than the next guy, be it in collaborating or competing, or both, whatever maximises the most empowerment in the most sustainable way possible. This transforms 2 things: human natures instinct to compete, and the human condition of not knowing how to trust itself. If you keep throwing ethics at or, how the hell will it ever? But offer a goal of excellence through a different framework, and we are getting somewhere. Usury currency is built on defeatist/disempowering frameworks. The Prisoners Dilemma. Who said we had to be prisoners? We arent really. We play that to own people. Usury exchange owns. Free means of exchange empowers. This actually creates a true free market where people create better for less price. So people get quality at a cheaper price. We become creators on demand. This takes out owning but creating nothing and builds access to experiences to evolve. With excellence. Both Zen Motorcycle Maintenance and Ayn Rand know this. And that money is created through corruption, war, power, is in Debt: The First 5000 Years. From there, we can discuss how this affects current industries and adaptation, political deviations, ownership/dominion, connecting separate community systems, that all the people are the bank and each their own branch, so to speak. Make sense? ;)

06.01.2022 This MUST be watched. Not for the melodrama. Not for a good story. This is to remind you that it is not just the politicians that are the problem, it is the peo...ple that enforce what they want. I have no concept or understanding of how people can enforce disempowerment. What do they lack that they do not understand about themselves to think to do something like this? but remember, you put the politician in power that allows his foot soldiers to do stupid things like this. Nobody gains. If we accept that some people have to be disempowered, then all we do is enforce emptiness. Think outside the box. If you think this is not possible, ask yourself whats wrong with you.

03.01.2022 POLITICAL CHANGE FOR SUSTAINABILITY 23/07/2017 There is an immense emphasis on resolving the problems of the world though political evolution or revolution. Regardless of the different models created, there is always leaders and followers that flows out in circles. A key dilemma to this is that the empowerment advocated in these models centres around one icon that swoons the people to follow them. Our current model is no different, other than there are more icons to pick from...Continue reading

02.01.2022 Think of human societies like the universe. Every person is some sort of celestial entity. Also think of every animal, every plant as the universe, in contrast. Think about how many different diverse celestial entities and what they all do to each other. Some survive, some die, all evolve. Survival of the fittest. Whatever happened to, it balances out. For both celestial entities and nature, none have the capacity control their environment. Only humanity can. This is why, whe...Continue reading

01.01.2022 Merry Xmas! I feel like I have to give some framework for how I get to this exchange model, BUXB, and take you out of the emphasis of quantitative value. About... David Graebar, the point is he demonstrates the need and emphasis of violence and compromise against people to make money. This concept is still the same now as 5000yrs ago. Even Adam Smith in his 2nd book was not advocating for cutthroat economics and money at any const, and as for Friedman, well, the disconnect to empowered creation keeps getting worse. You may be surprised that I have been accused of being a Randian (Michel Bauwens :)), but then I understand Ayn Rand quite differently to the usual perception. Greenspan et al are the second handers she despised. Her heroes create quality at a cheaper price, and the Midas bank does not fractional reserve. Her connection to gold, and money is based on a currency that was stabilised by gold at the time, so the idea of money measuring quality would and could be relevant then, but now this is a sham post 1971. What everyone misses is how the intentional community at the end of Atlas Shrugged works. Everyone missed that Dagny and Hank created the best for everyone they could, and so deserved wealth. No one owned them, but the false businessmen tried. It is the latter that run the world today. Its easy to figure out: if what you make doesnt empower or expand the capacity or expand human experiences, for humanity to leverage that, then you are not the businessmen Rand is interested in. The cycle of economic life is make money doing good, but make more money doing bad. Have oversight if you can to circumvent it, be an icon for change and peace (Gandhi, Greta, etc), but point to the tragedy of human nature to overcome this innate evil inside us. Like, god, humanity is shit. Right? :) So we play this perpetual game of fighting the thing to overcome and say this is life. My framework for making something new is that throughout history power corrupts. Dominion offers security. We spend so my much time correcting crimes instead of offering a model that makes status and security a more empowered naturally human. We can decide to follow fear or joy. Animals do not know really know how to do this. They try, of course, but they have not had the capacity to do what we have. So all the economic theory you and all have been exposed to has, despite Smith and Darwin and Wallace showing, is to capitalise on exploitation. As money has always been a commodity for investment in itself, the natural consequence is security in taking as much of that as we can. The economic environment WANTS you to do this. At any cost. Look at all the politicians who are bought throughout history, of slavery, war ... you get the picture. But real human nature is always to trust first. That is why it is so easy to take advantage of natural humanity. Becoming mature knowing the rules of capitalist business is not evolution. It is devolution of people becoming robots at the mercy of a disempowering system. We have been stuck in this rut for as long as we can remember. We accept life is hard and our tribal ancestors had it tough with scarcity, fear, but we learned to think out of it. However, we built an economic model that perpetuates survival like we are till in those times, when we arent. Havent been for ages. Hence money built on violence. When you say DG is out of date since 1800s, you have to explain how. But if you are talking about MMT from then, this is meaningless and making economics more complicated, further concentrating on object and commodity than ever before. I have never met an MMT I understand. There are absolute basics we cannot overcome, the core being everything we make has to respect Earth. A wealth model has to demonstrate and perpetuate that, abstract or not. If we did not have a quantitative measure of wealth to fight against, I could just say here is a qualitative model of exchange to make you a badass: who creates the experiences to empower the most people in the most sustainable way possible, to redundancy. This is as absolute efficiency as we can get without being inhuman. Its fuzzy, locally different, etc. This is how cultures form. But, we have been living perpetuating fear, making little pockets of change, but nothing takes because all are still dependent on money which is owned by somebody. So however nice we want to be, we still have to sell the least for the most to pay a bank, as you now, created by deception into the FRB. How that even stuck is beyond me. Remember, this is created through fear and war = disempowerment. To compete with this perpetual increasing debt of the current model, I have to make something easy to introduce to people. A currency that costs nothing. Pioneers see the bigger story so once the network increases, its easier to buy in. But in the beginning, it is a go between for industry subsumed by debt to find a way out. So I have to offer a quantitative measure in the beginning, connecting resources stored in debt structures and open them to free structures. I add the incentive that you are paid to be educated. But nothing goes hight than 60B/h as a natural strangle to diluting purchasing power. Bitcoin does the same thing in a wonderfully ingenious way. People miss that. So as the BUXB market increases, there will be a point where charging 60B/h is no longer feasible, and to get people to buy your stuff, you will have to charge less for better quality. It is built into the natural design of the exchange model. Industry will using 2 markets, the usury one and the free one. Their pricing structures will be different but natural direction will be to use BUXB more. It makes more sense. Usury and BUXB are not connected directly. You cannot buy BUXB. You work for it. You decide. Its a pressure release valve, a different one to philanthropy where someone still owns your ass. About usury: it has always meant ANY cost on currency. This changing to exhorbitant is a scam, making people think that no money can exit without cost. Who the hell changed it? But again, this is people accepting without challenge. Such a change is diabolical and deceptive. Usury is positive cost, demurrage is negative cost, and a no cost currency framework is NEUTRAL, therefore stabilised. So, just in case I may have missed your question: I use 60B/h as a go between to status in qualitative creation. Any business that wants to buy people with BUXB has to prove how they drive sustainable empowerment. If I am the instigator of this, I can say I will pa 30B/h for people who like my work, but this may be too low in the beginning. I do not know. But all education is paid for by the bank at 60B/H and so if people train and I deliver a project that demands their best to be better, for the greater good, then I can pay 60B/h. I think what will happen is all people involved will be in a co-operative, or they get paid and I get what I can as market demands but it will not be much more than the the labour cost it took to get there, including resources. Now maybe in numerics, the price will look crazy expensive, but the real value is quite different. Anyway, these are things I need to test, but there is no question that principally, a neutral currency empowers and stabilises. There is a currency in Mexico that does very well, and scales locally, but not globally, only because it is set as a comp currency, not an alt one. The bankers who work on it volunteer, which is not sustainable. But at scale, it needs some tweaking. Think of where people get no support: volunteers, fireries, life savers ... so many support industries that do not get paid, who are treated like shit despite their humanity, The total crap of what our PM says while giving no support to the fire fighters is extraordinary. He is the bumbling version fo Trump, the latter well practised in deception and entitlement. If you really had a democracy, Bernie would have got in easy. Trump is a fear based vote: know what you get: an brash entitled idiot who people think is masculine, when he is not. True masculine leads empowerment and cultivation, the strong arm of the mother. No mother respects an equal, only stronger. But we define what that stronger is. Masculine has done a really bad job of that. Have you read Zen and the Art of Motorcycle Maintenance? Remember the train in the valley and how he splits classic and romantic thought? My Yin/Yang equivalent is the same. Looking at that Chinese symbol is all classic; both sides are. The direction you drive it is the romantic. So, when you say outdated since the 1800s, are you looking at 1864 Bank of England? You are looking at what is, not what came before it and why. And we need to rethink what human nature is: A product of surviving in its environment. We can create an empowered one, or not, no matter how selfish or powerful I want to be. I am choosing my power through the former. I choose. I am responsible for my actions. I take no bias with me. I decide who I am. Isnt that what everyone wants? But how many miss the absolute parameters to drive that authentically? And this hurts. I have the joy of knowledge, but not the means to express it fully, and I cant do it with money. Empowerment is priceless. It has no bounds. And yet I am supposed to practise buying it? Why? Against what? For whom? Myself? Or a bank? Almost 2 hours writing this. Happy 2020! :) Sam Krungesen Krungesen :)
