19.01.2022 Had a past client ring me this morning, asking how busy I am (very ) and if I could finish his kitchen after another tradesman who was clearly out of his depth, walked away from the job. As it turned out, we had a couple of hours spare this arvo so went and installed the aluminium splashbacks, much to the delight of the client. 15.01.2022 Finished up on this job this week The client was after a low maintenance decking option so Jarrah @modwood_technologies was chosen to install over the existing concrete slab. I also added onto the existing skillion roof to wrap around the corner, providing much needed protection from the westerly sun and also added the open pergolas on either side, all using @iti_aus design pine for posts, beams and rafters which looks great! ... 14.01.2022 Not exactly sure what the goal was here Cant say Ive ever seen fibre cement faux beams for a pergola I do know that after 10yrs of water getting inside, theres nothing left of the untreated timber theyve used inside... the rest of the pergola is actually really well built, so a bit surprising they skimped on quality for the beam!!
