18.01.2022 Welcome to the newly complete Archaeological tutorial space at La Trobe University. This recently completed space comprises of lecture rooms, new comms rooms and a student breakout space. We have transformed this space into a super modern, light filled room which includes a state of the art AV system to provide students with the space and resources to complete their studies.

15.01.2022 Stage 1 is complete for San Carlo Homes for Aged Care. Stage 1 created 2 brand new client rooms, complete with full en suite facilities and private outdoor areas. The remaining 4 existing rooms have been fully upgraded, with further existing room upgrades to follow in stage 2.

07.01.2022 ByDesign has recently completed a multi-floor fit out of the Victorian State Revenue Office comprising of the refurbishment and upgrade of existing conditions and installation of new multiple kitchen area points. Existing offices have been refurbished and additional meeting rooms created, including new partitions, lockers, joinery storage and upgrade of services throughout both floors. We have also installed new workstations throughout both levels including complete commissioning of these workstations for future use. We have completed these upgrade and refurbishment works in an integrated live environment whist the State Revenue Office and other building tenants successfully maintained operation.

05.01.2022 The final piece of our 12 month project for our client at 385 Bourke Street is finally complete with the final stage on L39 fully refurbished. This caps off the final of 5 stages completed over the last 12 months. Fantastic design utilising new & existing elements by PTID’s team led by Ben Lornie, great use of existing and new services by WGE led by James Perks and expertly project managed by CBRE’s team of (Katherine Palicki & Anton Pantaleev). The entire team worked very ...collaboratively throughout the entire process and it was truly a pleasure to be the head contractor on this project.
