24.01.2022 Another case of simple white fillings done to improve the aesthetics and function of teeth. First one is restoration of over retained baby tooth. And second is replacement of old metal filling with white composite filling. Have a good week ahead everyone !!

21.01.2022 Dentures were first used as early as 7the century B.C made of human/animal teeth splinted to gold bands !! Even the currently used Modern dentures have been around for over 200 years ! We have better ways to replace missing teeth these days. Implant supported tooth/teeth is the best way to replace teeth. But for our guests who cant have implants, dental bridges are a good fixed option as well. Here we replaced a missing front tooth with the supported of teeth on either side of the gap. It takes ten days start to finish to get rid of that piece of plastic we call Denture and have a porcelain bridge made and cemented. Visit us to know your options of replacing missing teeth.

They give us our smiles which is one of the best things we can share. Make them last a lifetime By not using them to do things they are not meant for !!

17.01.2022 Hope everyone is having a great week !! Todays case is about restoring some decayed teeth. Small decay often goes unnoticed because it doesnt hurt YET !! Teeth are opposite to other parts of our body in that, PAIN is often the last response from teeth to trauma and not the first response like other parts. Often at advanced stages they get sensitive to cold and hot and give pain if the nerve is irritated enough. Here we tried to restore the teeth back to how they should be. And keeping fingers crossed that the nerve settles down and it gets painless over time. Have a good weekend ahead everyone and thanks for taking out time to go through the post !!

13.01.2022 Todays case presentation is about replacing missing teeth with the use of implant supported crowns. For this lovely lady, we replaced cracked, infected teeth that were giving her pain over long period of time with implant supported teeth. Bone grafting was done to maintain optimum quality and quantity of bone. Case was completed over 8 months. For the top right side sinus elevation with bone grafting has been done to create enough bone for Implant to be placed in Jan 2020.

07.01.2022 Todays Case shows us why regular check up is important. It helps us catch the dental issues at an early stage, making treatment quicker, easier, less traumatic to your tooth & your pocket ! This small looking cavity turned out to be a big hole almost into the nerve. It was sensitive to cold and sweet foods. A white composite filling was done to restore the tooth. Now we observe & hope the tooth becomes symptomless with time.

07.01.2022 Our patient we seen this morning was 4yr old Liam. He was so confident from the minute he walked in. We love it when kids are excited to come see the dentist. Liam was super excited to get his teeth checked and had to have his photo taken so he could see how cool the sunnies looked on him. ... You rocked the sunnies Liam, Well done. 03.01.2022 Sleep apnea, also spelled sleep apnoea, is a sleep disorder where a person has pauses in breathing or periods of shallow breathing during sleep. Each pause can last for a few seconds to a few minutes and they happen many times a night. In the most common form, this follows loud snoring. There may be a choking or snorting sound as breathing resumes. Because the disorder disrupts normal sleep, those affected may experience sleepiness or feel tired during the day. In children it may cause hyperactivity or problems in school. Also sleep apnea can result in multiple chronic issues if untreated over long periods of time.

03.01.2022 Todays case was to improve the smile value. This lovely lady wanted her teeth to looks more even colored and symmetrical. She has some chalky white hypo mineralized spots on her teeth which she wished to cover up. Top left canine was an over retainer baby tooth which we wanted to appear larger and lighter in color. Our aim is to preserve as much tooth structure as possible so only minimal prep was done, just enough to reduce the chalky white spots. Then direct veneers were made in chair for top 6 front teeth with some white fillings in a three hour appointment.
