When it comes to music, Yung Brother wants to represent his community whilst remaining au...thentic to himself along the way. He sites influences from OG’s like 2Pac, through to an array of modern day super stars such as Lil Durk, Drake, Travis Scott and Joey Bada$$. He has previously played gigs from Redfern community centre, through to Qudos Bank Arena, and shot his first clip for the song Really Don’t Matter in 2019, which you can view HERE. He works regularly with the youth of Glebe, whether that be his contributions to creating a music studio within Glebe Youth Centre, or opening the doors to his own home to the local youths when making music or providing a safe place to chill. Yung Brothers passions extend from his music through to his culture, siting Aboriginal Dance, Art, Music as well as mentoring among some of the main impacts and guidance he uses when creating music. Authenticity. Honesty. Being true to who you are and where you came from. Isaac will always be a Yung Brother. forging his own path. 10.01.2022 We are still and will always celebrate Indigenous culture at BY Group We asked our staff what it meant to them to work for an Indigenous owned Company? Our Construction Manager Lyle Harris says:... "Working at BY Group has heightened my awareness of inequality in our society - inequality for Indigenous people specifically but also inequality across the board. I’m proud to work at an Indigenous business and I’m thankful to gain an in-depth knowledge of Indigenous culture that I wouldn’t have otherwise received". #naidoc #naidocweek2020 #construction #constructionindustry #alwayswasalwayswillbe
