24.01.2022 Maddie, can we do that thing where you see how big I am requested Seb. Later Teo arrived to MFDC, Seb was eager to see if he was still the biggest so we measured Teo’s height, Teo’s Mums & little brothers height too!

21.01.2022 Today we headed to the library for a visit, we even got to catch up with a friendly familiar face... Marloe was there too with his Nan joining in on the song and story time. Then later in the day we had some visitors, Lisa & Kerry. Kerry is an indigenous member of the community and shared her time today with the children engaging them in some stories written by Aboriginal authors. Teo also requested for Kerry to read the story he had borrowed from the library earlier in the day which focused on Australian Native Animals. These stories sparked many conversations about the world we live in. 10.01.2022 Late afternoon gardening in the sprinkling rain.

07.01.2022 Today we were lucky enough to have 2 special visitors. Tilly spent some time with us today reading stories and engaging the children in many other activities such as playdough, role playing doctors, colouring in & drawing (just to name a few) THEN we had a sneaky visit from the EASTER BUNNY! Although we never saw him, we did see his footprints he left behind when he hid all the colourful Easter egg cardboard cut outs in the garden that the children had painted earlier in the day. Lucky the rain stopped for the afternoon Easter egg hunt! MFDC wishes all you lovely families a wonderful, well deserved Easter break. However it is you spend your weekend... I hope it’s full of some slowed down family time. All our love from my Family to yours xx
