24.01.2022 Great news everyone! We have enough people for our Outdoor Group Sessions! I will be in contact with everyone who has put their name down as being interested! ... We can have up to 20 people per COVID-19 Regulations, so if there is anyone else that would like to join us, just let me know!

23.01.2022 We are in an unusual time at the moment and this is a space that I want to keep focused on our health and fitness, so just quickly I want to let you all know that By Your Side PT is registered as COVID Safe with both the NSW Government and Fitness Australia. Gloves are available for use if desired, temperature checks and use of hand sanitiser are required before each One on One Session and cleaning is conducted after each session. Rest assured that having my own respiratory issues makes staying safe extremely important to me. Please feel free to reach out if you have any questions or concerns - don't let this unusual time force your health and fitness goals into taking a back seat.

23.01.2022 2020 has been weird but here we are looking forward to 2021 & we’ve made it through the hardship, doubts & worries. The start of 2021 most likely won’t be the clean slate wipe we’ve been hoping for but we can keep moving forward, keep sticking to our goals & keep on keeping on. Remember what drives you & stay the course. See you all next year.

22.01.2022 Hi everyone! A bit of housekeeping before we dive back in next week: - Unfortunately I won’t be running any Outdoor Group Sessions this year. I may revisit them in the future but they’re off the schedule for now. ... - One on One PT Sessions are NEARLY ALL BOOKED so please let me know in advance if you can’t make a session as it will be difficult to reschedule sessions this year. - We’ve all had some time off but COVID-19 hasn’t so please have a quick read below before coming to your session. Looking forward to working with you all again this year!

21.01.2022 MYTH: Exercising during Pregnancy is BAD. FACT: While your pregnancy is not the right time to be focusing on losing weight or hitting a new PB, a Personal Trainer (who has undertaken relevant training) can work with your OB-GYN or other Health Professional/s to help IMPROVE your Core and Pelvic Floor Strength - giving you a better chance at an easier journey through your pregnancy and recovery! I have now completed my study in Ante Natal Core Training, so ladies if you or someone you know is looking for help Pre, Post or during Pregnancy, please get in touch!

Now that the warmer weather is approaching, who’s keen to start up our Outdoor Group Sessions again (same place, the park at Gobba)? 45min session at 7:45am Saturdays, for 12 Weeks from 3 October to 19 December for just $100! We would need at least 6 people & of course all COVID-19 Restrictions will be in place to keep everyone safe. Let me know if you’re interested!

10.01.2022 Weekend Challenge - find a step & do 500 step ups! Keep them slow, steady & controlled (took about 1/2hour at this pace). Focus on your foot placement & keeping your knees in line (don’t let them collapse in) & change your leading leg every 25-50 step ups - you should feel the burn in your quads! Let me know how you went!

06.01.2022 Meet Michelle! Michelle is into her second 8 Weeks of PT & going from strength to strength! Michelle started as someone who had tried some other options but in her words, HATED exercise. NOW she does 2 PT sessions a week AND regularly joins our Outdoor Group Sessions; even bringing her son along to have some fun too! I believe exercise shouldn’t be a chore & I love working with clients to make their sessions enjoyable! ... Show Michelle some love below!
