If you are finding it difficult to access Multi Vitamin, Anti oxidents, Probiotics, Aloe Vera Gel, Nutritional Protein Shakes or anything nutritional as it is scarier to go out and or shelves are getting low please contact me only if you DO NOT already have access to another Member. I can order and have delivered by courier to your door where it is signed for by courier now. I am not interested in making money, I am a person only interested in assisting people at this unprecedented, drastic time which leads to drastic price adjustments to enable people to having as best help of an immunity & nutritional solution as possible, same as I have, is all I will say.

03.01.2022 Daily recommended calcium - don't forget you need vitamin D to transport from blood stream to bone. If you cannot get enough from diet consider a supplement. My X Cal supplement does have the vitamin D and is excellent as far as Calcium supplement. msg me if you need more info :)

01.01.2022 I got this from a private/closed group that I am in which is exclusively for Central Coast NSW people headed up by local GP's & heavily monitored so we can get factual up to date information. If you are a Central Coast resident & don't know about this group let me know and I will give you the link. We all really need to adhere to this as if we don't, right now we are on the same statistical trajectory as Italy. This is not to alarm anyone but reality. In the same group a Central Coast citizen who is currently residing in Singapore has confirmed they are doing all of below however govt has placed also closure restrictions on public gatherings as announced last night by PM weeks & weeks ago and it has proven to be keeping the virus at bay in Singapore.
