23.01.2022 EXAIR’s 1/2 No Drip External Mix Air Atomizing Spray Nozzles are ideal for sanitisation, decontamination, cooling, cleaning, dust mitigation, coating or humidification. When spraying any type of liquid, post-spray drips can cause big problems. Unwanted drips can ruin product function on sealing or mating surfaces and ruin painted or coated finishes. Also, excess liquid flow wastes resources such as expensive coatings, chemicals or water. When the compressed air supply is shut off, the no drip nozzle positively seals off the flow of liquid eliminating the possibility of drips.

22.01.2022 EXAIR's Pressure Sensing Digital Flowmeters provide a way for plant personnel to monitor pressure and flow throughout a compressed air system. A pressure sensor is mounted between the two flow sensing probes and the display can be configured to show air pressure or air flow. A transistor output can also be configured to provide a low-pressure alarm to protect your processes and equipment. Pressure values are capable to display PSIG or BARG. Measuring compressed air is the first step toward identifying high compressed air use areas, compressed air leaks and optimising air use.

22.01.2022 EXAIR’s new Gen4 Two Outlet Selectable Voltage Power Supply allows you to choose input voltages of 115VAC or 230VAC. Two 5kV stainless steel output connectors can energise two static eliminators. Applications using up to two Gen4 Super Ion Air Knives, Ion Air Guns, Ion Air Cannons, Ionizing Bars or any other EXAIR Gen4 Static Eliminator product can be connected to one power supply. Like all EXAIR Gen4 products, these two outlet power supplies are UL component recognised, CE and RoHS compliant.

21.01.2022 EXAIR's Dual 316 Stainless Steel Cabinet Cooler Systems with ETC (Electronic Temperature Control) keep electrical enclosures cool with -7C (20F) air while maintaining the NEMA 4X (IP66) rating of the enclosure and removing the heat that could adversely affect the internal components. The wear, corrosion and oxidation resistance of type 316 stainless steel assures long life and maintenance free operation within food, medical, pharmaceutical, chemical and other harsh environments. Cooling capacities up to 5,600 Btu/hr. are ideal for larger enclosures and heat loads.

20.01.2022 EXAIR's new Hot Tap Digital Flowmeters allow installation when compressed air piping is under pressure. By eliminating the need to isolate and remove pressure from the pipe, these compressed air flowmeters reduce installation time while maintaining safety. Hot Tap Digital Flowmeters incorporate two valves that the measuring probes pass through. A sound muffler that also collects chips from the drilling process eliminates installation debris from entering the airstream and minimises noise exposure.

20.01.2022 EXAIR’s new 30 Gallon Heavy Duty HEPA Vac is a powerful, HEPA quality, industrial vacuum cleaner. This smaller volume drum means that it will fit in tighter spaces and is suited well for less frequent or lower volume applications. The Heavy Duty HEPA Vac is designed to move more material with less wear. It has been engineered to filter contaminants to HEPA requirements in dusty environments requiring frequent cleaning.

17.01.2022 EXAIR’s new 2.5" and 3" High Temperature Line Vac Conveyors convert hose, tube, or pipe into a powerful in-line conveying system for high temperature materials up to 482C. These air operated conveyors are available with smooth ends to fit into hose or tube and secured with a simple hose clamp, or they are available with NPT threaded ends to mount into threaded pipe. Applications include sampling hot flue gases, exhausting fumes, conveying soot, ashes, salts and other hot debris.

14.01.2022 EXAIR’s new 1/8 NPT small internal mix spray nozzles atomise fluids up to 106 litres per hour. Internal Mix Atomizing Nozzles mix the liquid and air inside the cap and produce the finest atomisation. Internal mix nozzles can be used on liquids with a viscosity up to 300 centipoise. Small internal mix nozzles are available in narrow angle round, wide angle round and flat fan patterns. They are used to coat parts in containers, cool laminates, or apply paint and lubricant.

09.01.2022 EXAIR’s new Mini Cooler with Dual Point Hose Kit provides a stream of -7C (20F) cold air to prevent heat buildup, reduce downtime and increase productivity. It is effective on small machining operations to eliminate burning, melting and heat related breakage. The dual point option allows the cold air outlet to be directed at two different spots when cooling larger diameter tools, cooling two separate points or opposite sides of a material or process.

09.01.2022 EXAIR's new Hazardous Location Cabinet Cooler Systems have been set apart from the competition by achieving the UL classified designation for Div1 environments. They have been tested by UL and passed their stringent requirements for use upon classified purged and pressurised electrical enclosures within Class I Div 1, Groups A, B, C and D; Class II Div 1, Groups E, F and G and Class III environments. The cooling capacity of up to 5,600 Btu/hr. is ideal for electrical enclosures with problematic overheating. They are CE compliant and available for NEMA 4 and 4X enclosures.

08.01.2022 EXAIR’s new fine mesh non-woven drum cover is designed for use on 205 litre or 60 litre drums. The breathable material allows the air from an EXAIR Line Vac air operated conveyor to circulate whether moving material in or out of a drum. The drum cover prevents contamination of your material and keeps it contained in the drum for a cleaner and safer work environment. Since it is fabricated to fit 205 or 60 litre drums, it is the simplest of solutions when needing a containment vessel for your transferred scrap, trim, waste, parts, chips or pellets.

06.01.2022 EXAIR's Soft Grip Back Blow Safety Air Gun uses a back blow nozzle to deliver a blast of air to blow debris and liquids from inside small pipe or hose diameters, channels, bores, holes, internal threads and other internal part features. The ergonomic design of the air gun keeps the operator's hand in a comfortable position so it can be used for hours of continuous use without fatigue. An array of holes on the Model 1004SS M4 Back Blow Air Nozzle provides a forceful back-facing 360-degree airflow to clear out coolant, chips and light oils from machining processes. This nozzle prevents blowing chips further into a part, tube or pipe and eliminates any safety hazard created by blowing debris out the far end of a pipe or tube. Chip Shields protect the operator from flying debris.

05.01.2022 EXAIR’s new 1/4" FullStream liquid atomizing spray nozzle provides a full cone spray pattern for pressurised liquids. They are applied to solve cooling, cleaning, washing, rinsing and dust suppression applications for industry. Their tangential flow design is vaneless, which creates wide open internal features to resist clogging while producing a uniform distribution in a round pattern with medium to large droplets. Their right-angle design is compact and operates up to 100 PSIG liquid pressure. FullStream cone nozzles work well with liquids containing particulate.

03.01.2022 EXAIR's new 1/8 NPT Siphon Fed Atomizing Nozzles atomise fluids in a range of spray patterns for a wide variety of uses. These are EXAIR’s smallest liquid atomising nozzles and are suitable for tight spaces. Siphon Fed Atomizing Nozzles require no liquid pressure and can be used with gravity fed liquids or lift liquids from a siphon height as high as 914mm (36). They combine liquid and compressed air to create a mist of atomised liquid that can be easily adjusted. These nozzles can coat, lubricate, cool, treat and paint a variety of products using compressed air and liquids with a viscosity of up to 200 centipoise.

01.01.2022 EXAIR’s new 2-1/2" (64mm) and 3" (76mm) 316 Stainless Steel Line Vacs are powerful in-line conveyors that transport high volumes of material through ordinary hose or tube. Designed for areas like food and pharmaceutical processing which require the benefits of 316SS including excellent chemical and corrosion resistance, performance in high or low temperatures, long service life and low maintenance. These two new sizes make it possible to convey more material over long vertical and horizontal lengths.
